This property was perfect for the 6 of us. Two grandparents, 2 adults and 2 teens. The house is designed nicely to have 2 bedrooms on each side of the house with a bathroom between on each side! The pool was a perfect size, we enjoyed everyday! My in-laws were so pleased with the stocked kitchen with all the essentials as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Sounds silly, but those are one less thing to pack!
The only difficulty we had was we couldn’t fit our rental jeep wagoneer into the garage.

We have rented many different homes and this one is the absolute cleanest homes we have stayed at. It has everything you need in it. Very well kept. The pool is very nice and has great outdoor furniture. TVs in all the rooms. Very enjoyable.

This place had everything you could need in a home rental. From the private gated entry to the secluded pool area this place is top tier. The property managers were amazing and easy to deal with.

The property worked out perfectly for us. This was the first time we used a VRBO / Vacation Home and everything worked out perfectly. The home is in a great neighborhood with nice landscaping, and walking trails.
The home was beautiful and very clean inside with everything thing you could possibly need.
The pool and hot tub area is where we spent the majority of our time. All of the comfortable seating made it the perfect space for everyone to visit and have fun.
If our family vacations down in Mesa again I would like to stay at the Bobcat Den again.

Our hosts were top notch and very responsive! The house was better than the pictures. Peaceful neighborhood with awesome walking trails. The pool was our favorite! We will be back again!

We enjoyed our time at this property. No issues, easy instructions were provided beforehand. Everything we needed was available. We felt comfortable and "at home" as we visited with friends and explored the Mesa area. Great stay, thank you!!!

The home and grounds were lovely. The grandkids loved the pool. The furnishings were high very quality. It was the nicest home we have ever rented anywhere. The only negative, a very minor one, is that it lacks a full-sized ironing board. We had six people trying to get ready for a wedding and a full-sized ironing board would have been helpful.

The Bob Cat Den house was absolutely gorgeous! We have been renting VRBO properties for 15+ years, and this was one of the best. The house looked brand new and appeared to be professionally decorated with all high-end linens, appliances, and furniture. Attention was put into every detail. The pool, spa, and patio area was stunning, and the house location was very convenient for dining and shopping. We did have an issue connecting to the TV, but the property manager quickly helped us resolve. Numerous parks and mountains were nearby. Driving along the Apache Trail is a must! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Stayed at this amazing property for our (almost) annual girls’ trip with sisters and nieces. It was perfect for us. 4 people, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful backyard and pool. And the managers were attentive and responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend it and we would love to come back

Bobcat Den exceeded our expectations. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet. The house was spotless, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and the backyard was phenomenal.
We would recommend Bobcat Den any group. It is perfect for families, multiple couples or a friends trip.

We were very pleased with the house, the pictures were exactly how it was. The vacation property management company were very pleasant to deal with and were happy to answer any questions we had in a fast manner. We liked that they checked in on our stay by text, to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. We definitely had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. It was as beautiful as the pictures showed, it was actually better then the photos. It had everything we needed for our stay and many extras. I would definitely stay here again.

They thought of everything! Many small details throughout the home made the stat very comfortable. Towel hooks for pool towels, kitchenware available, laundry, and more! The house was immaculate! Quiet neighborhood!

What a wonderful property. It was very clean and in a beautiful area. House was setvup for everything and very easy to buy some groceries and do whatever you liked. I played the course nearby which was also top shelf. It seemed like we were 20 minutes from everything. As a family we did Old Town , Kierland, Mesa and also drove out and did the Apache Junction trail. Will rent again!!!!

The house was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family of 4. The weather was cool and paying for the heat in the pool was well worth it. Future guests should plan to bring everything they need for pantry staples. We had to buy things like cooking spray and ketchup as examples but post-Covid perhaps that’s to be expected. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks - everyone we saw was so friendly. the backyard was perfect for full days of swimming, grilling and relaxing.
We sent a few texts back and forth to the host and all responses were timely and professional. No complaints at all!
Only feedback for host would be to add a pizza cutter to the kitchen but literally that is it! We will definitely visit again!

The house is new, and everything about it has that fresh, new look. The king size beds were very comfortable, there were ample linens, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The pool and spa were wonderful. Our only regret is failing to have our login / passwords so we could enjoys all the big screen televisions and watch our favorite shows. Be sure to bring your log in / passwords if, like us, you enjoy your tv!

This is one of the best appointed places I have ever stayed. From the bedding to the furniture, the appliances to the silverware, the location (quiet) to the amenities (pool and hot tub); the place was awesome.

Loved the house. Enjoyed our stay. Everything was lovely. Great location.
Only one suggestion, take a picture of the hot tub, pool heater it is behind the shrub. So no one else has to wait 2-3 days to use it.
Add it to the list of house rules.

We had an amazing stay at the Bobcat Den! There is nothing negative I can say about the home, the location or the management company. It was perfect! The house was amazing! The home provided everything you could ever imagine or need from the high end furnishings down to family games to the toiletry needs. The house was just absolutely beautiful and so super clean! The heated pool and hot tub was so relaxing and warm! The area was wonderful and quiet. Close by hiking trails which were fantastic! We were sad to leave! Would recommend this home in a heart beat! If you have a chance, book the Bobcat Den and you won't be disappointed!

We had a great stay at this home. There were 7 of us and our time here was too short! The home is super clean and well stocked with kitchen items and linens. The bedrooms all had king beds and TVs. Yea! There was enough space for us to hang out together in the great room or on the patio. Our favorite was the backyard - we loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location is great - there are community amenities nearby that we didn’t have time to use but will try the next time. The home is not far from restaurants, shopping and trails for hiking. We did see the bobcat sleeping near the front yard. He left when he saw us but so COOL to see him! This is a 5 star home and we highly recommend it to anyone who visits. You will not be disappointed!
