Had a wonderful stay, the house is updated and beautiful. We had 19 ladies and the common areas were perfect for a large group. You need to supply linens but they let you know that ahead of time so not a big deal. Great location, highly recommend!

I rented this property for my friends Bachlorette party and it was perfect! The house is beautiful, perfectly located and was clean. The host also was very responsive and helpful. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing weekend getaway! The house was exactly as described - and it was beautiful and perfectly clean. There were 7 of us, and we all loved our stay! The house was close to everything, I will definitely be going back!

The home is spacious, fun to explore and close proximity to the beach and town square. The kitchen and living area are wonderful and where my family spent most of our time when we were all together. Having stayed in the off season of October when it was a bit cooler the only downside was that the house was difficult to heat. The second attached home heated easily though. Should our family have another reunion we would definitely consider staying as it was perfect for our group of 15!

This is a renovated classic seashore Victorian located central in the historic district I would say the capacity of 25 would have to include a mix of ages to appreciate the dorm style third floor but for multiple families with multiple teens large groups would find this property ideal. We did not have such a large group and we’re able to spread out and every enjoyed the ample interior . Another note about parkjibg for a large group. Parking is challenging above 5 vehicles. Great rental overall

Lots of rooms and great space for a large family gathering

there were only 10 of us in this very large home but having all those bathrooms was perfect. the newly renovated kitchen is beautiful, however there was a nasty smell which we discovered minutes before checking out was dirty dishes left in dishwasher by previous tenants as we never used it. there were also 2 piles of dirty cleaning rags left in the apartment ( one pile in the night table drawr) yuk I also took pictures of various small things like broken blinds and bathroom locks. Also the grill was never cleaned and outside very overgrown and unkempt.None of these things like small burn marks on back of stove and small dirt marks on diningroom chair are not a big deal but wouldn't want them held against my deposit. I already have a dispute with verbo over 2 fees that they added AFTER i signed their contract. all in all time spent with family is always wonderful
