Location is close to the beach but on a main road. Staff were very friendly.
The side rooms have no views and are down in a narrow courtyard , extremely dark and claustrophobic. Unwashed coffee cup on the coffee tray. Breakfast ordered 7.30 by 8am nothing but explanation was that they had turned the power off. Why turn the power off when you are serving breakfast? (It was not load shedding or power failure). At least tell you customer there is a problem before they wait for 30 mins. Also perhaps offer to refund them for breakfast if you were unable to serve.

The staff Joshua he was very rude to my husband even though he is a manager he is rude and disrespectful perhaps its a race thing maybe maybe not but ja he was rude and dont even bother getting him to call or enquiry more about him

Beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptionally warm and engaging. Very comfortable beds.
The hotel was extending so it was quite noisy with building work but other than that, it was absolutely superb.
