Location and price.

The room could have been a little nicer, with more storage for clothes. It can be a little noisy at times.

The safety deposit box was locked and staff unable to get it open. The tv in bad position to be able to watch (rm 113) Had very noisy guests slamming doors till early hours of morning

Great location, lots of restaurants around. Western, Chinese, 100 meters to seafood restaurants after 6 pm

Very minimal channels (useless) on TV, and not Smart TV, so no Netflix or other streaming capabilities

Hot water will stop after taking shower for a short while; the water temperature is either very hot or cold—need to constantly adjust the faucet while taking shower. The walls are very thin and can easily hear unpleasant noise from people in the room next door. Cleanliness need to and must be improved.

i like the space and cleanliness. you can simply just go out and down there is a line of shops. the place has no tobacco smell like other hotels.

i hate that the room has no bidet for me to use. ☹️

One of the cleanest (below 3star) hotel i've stayed so far.

2 things am uncomfortable with the facilities. 1)The toilet. Its has no water host or even bidet. Its kinda problematic for muslim visitor especially those travelling with elderly. Like me, travelling with my mom and aunty, they having trouble using the toilet bowl. 2) The smell of lemon grass around hotel from the lobby, in the lift until the room floor. I work with major perfum company. So i think i can advice regarding this matter Dont spray touch. Just a medium amout will do. Oversprayed will gives discomfort to the smell sence.

first day the room was not cleaned properly , the bathroom dont have a bidet sprayer , internet system not always functioning

If smoking is found, the deposit will not be returned.

No faucet in the toilet and no interesting TV channels

The room is big n clean. The bed n pillow is quite comfortable.

Toilet is dirty, with yellowish stain on the rim. Limited power supply. Toilet is tiny, for bigger person it must be really frustrating, you need to really squeze yourself out from the toilet. Shower area very small too.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull ! location is great , close to fish restaurants at water front 5 min . close to the big shopping mall 10 min walking. close to the harbor with touristic atraction . Good hotel room for 1 night sleeping

Size of the room is small and AC is infront of the bad which is not comfortable!
