Property was as advertised and very clean. Host was constantly in touch to make sure everything was going great. Family had a great time exploring and using golf cart.

The owner of this property went over and beyond. Everything is new and spotless. Spices, pots, pans, grill, golf cart, bathroom supplies, and a gift basket with snacks and wine were provided. Dave checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was perfect. I have rented in the Villages before and stayed at dozens of places using VRBO and this is the best!

We rented this around the 4th of July to be near my parents, who also live in DeLuna but had a full house already. The location was perfect, just a short golf cart ride back and forth. I am already familiar with the area and did not need any passes, even though the host offered them. But there are tons of things to do nearby for people of all ages. Summary - great host, great place, will definitely stay again!

It’s a new property with all the amenities one would expect in a home. I rented it for my two adult daughters and their children to stay in at night while they came to our home to eat and play in our pool during the day. It met our needs nicely. The home is in a great location in The Villages, if you’re interested in being in the new southern location just a short cart ride to Brownwood town square. Check in and out was easy. The owner was in touch with me before and during the stay. It’s a very nice home for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Dave's property. We had everything we needed from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. Having the use of a golf cart and guest passes were an added bonus. Great place to stay in the Villages. Close to Brownwood shops and restaurants. We would happily stay here again.

My husband, 2 daughters and I all stayed here for just under a week to visit my parents who snow-bird in the Villages. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The towels, bedding, dishes, utensils, etc were all new and clean. The golf cart was in great condition and we loved taking trips in it. The house was immaculate, I highly recommend for a long or short stay!

This home is absolutely lovely and impeccably appointed. Everything about our stay was first class, from the initial intros and reservation, to the communication throughout, and of course, the property. We could not have been happier. All the accommodations fit our needs perfectly. Our host was extremely thoughtful and responsive. Everything seemed new and high-quality, and immaculate. The house is centrally located to shopping, and the Villages’ many amenities, which made it a plus for entertaining with our son and his family. And only a quick drive to the airport. This will definitely be our go to for return visits!
