We had another great stay on the island. This is our third year renting from BHiP, and this was our favorite house yet. The beach area is amazing for kids, with all the water toys you could want. The house has a nice layout for large families. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful property with great access to the water

Our family has been taking a winter vacation for years to Florida. We typically stay on the gulf side but this year we choose this home because of all it had to offer. Typically you have to pay extra for kayaks, bikes, buy all the supplies needed such and toiletries and other basic needs that this home came stocked with. The best part was not having to pay extra for the pool heat and then having it still not be warm. This pool was perfect and the hot tub was alway hot! My dad, husband and kids could spend the whole day fishing off the dock. They caught so many awesome fish and once they figured out they bite best when fishing with the frozen shrimp bought from the store close to the house it was all they wanted to do! The room were all great there was 8 of us so more rooms than we needed. Everything was GREAT!!!

The property was unbelievably well equipped with every amenity, toy, product you could ever want or need . Everything was well thought out.

Great house to rent for big family. Very good company to do business with, good communication and if there was an issue (we had one small issue), they jumped right on it. I would recommend this company, the house and would rent from them again.

This house had everything you can think of and was by far the best appointed Rental house we have ever stayed in. Our crew had SO much fun in the house/ pool/dock, entertaining the kids was a piece of cake. The only advice I would give is: if you take out the water toys/boats, go upstream first! The current is strong!

This was the ideal property for our family reunion and had everything we needed. The house was clean and well stocked with things you would expect, but even had things you’d never expect to find at a vacation rental. Lots of games and outdoor toys for all ages were there. Al even got high chairs and portable cribs for the babies. He was super responsive and made sure all of our needs were addressed. We love this location because of the quiet neighborhood and safe surroundings. Also, easy access to the river and the beach allowed us to have lots of time in the water. We will definitely consider this property for future reunions.

Amazing house and everything you could possibly want or need. The kids had the best time finding little creatures in the river. Pool and spa were nice and warm which was nice for the couple of cool days we had. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our fall break. This property was amazing

WOW....I really dont have words to say how awesome it is to work with Beach Houses in Paradise. You can literally show up with shorts and a shirt and be good for a week. These places have everything! The pictures on the listing gave us a good idea of the place, but we were still impressed. The property was immaculately maintained, incredibly clean and unbelievably stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several family meals. Beach toys, games, fishing…absolutely everything you can think of was at the house. We are pretty picky with rentals and would not hesitate to go back. Loved…loved…loved it.

We vacationed with our two married adult children and their families (5 kids in total) ages 3 months to 8yrs. The house is very clean and very well stocked. We brought our own boat so the dock was helpful. The pool and all outside amenities were great and kept the kids busy. It was nice having the beach across the street. The house is clearly set up for very large groups as there are many many bedrooms but quite small except the master bedroom. The main negative we would have is the main floor (where the kitchen is) is too cluttered with furniture (sofas, tables, chair etc) that it made us feel a bit cramped and the pool is fairly small but nice. Due to the current/tide, using the kayaks and water bike are tough to do. A small sailboat (like a Sunfish) would be great! All in all….a great trip and I would recommend!

Best home rental experience we have ever had! The house was immaculate, extremely well stocked and had an over abundance of toys and other items to make our stay special for ages 6-80. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed to allow quiet time away from others when needed. The rental staff was very easy to work with and attentive to any needs. This one will not disappoint! Over the top Hutchinson Island rental. Cant wait for next time!

Let me tell you what was amazing about Aquarius South... EVERYTHING! We travel at least once or twice a year and have for many years. This is the most amazing home we have stayed at. The home is stocked with everything you could think of, and many things you would never think of. Usually, you have to entertain the kids with going places. Not this time. Everything is right there. Fishing poles, kayaks, paddle boards, swimming pool, jacuzzi, foozball, ping pong and televisions everywhere. We were 16 and had 2 huge tables to dine at. This is one of my sticking points. We have rented homes with a table for 6 housing 16 people. Heads up to Al Roberts the Property Manager. We had a couple of small issues, and they were handled immediately. Everyone loved this vacation, and we can't thank you enough for all that was available to us. We will rent with you again. Nanette Massey

What a beautiful property set on the Indian River! Birds & fish of many varieties, dolphin, manatees - everyday brought something new!! The house truly has everything you may possibly need to relax and restore your peace of mind! The River was so much more calm than the oceanfront! We all loved it!!

This house has spoiled us for future VRBO rentals. It is BY FAR the best stocked house we have ever rented…from the kitchen to the outdoor activities, to towels and linens it was impressive. The area is beautiful, we watched a SpaceX launch from the beach, saw sea turtle tracks every morning on the beach, had a family fishing tournament off the pier (and caught at least 12 species of fish). I could go on and on, but we all are already talking about a return trip next year, we could not have been more pleased!

I am at a loss of words to describe this trip and this house! The additional amenities they thought of went hugely above and beyond. The house was clean and beautiful!! The location was perfect, quiet and close to everything we needed! The dock was amazing for fishing and watching manatees. Al was an amazing host with prompt response to all my questions. Stuart is a great town with amazing friendly people!! Again, I can’t say enough about this house. Absolutely perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

This property has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The house is stocked with beach towels, chairs, bicycles, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, fishing poles, paddle boards and even a dog wash station, among so many other things! The setup is perfect for large groups with the ability to have multiple families comfortably situated on different floors. We had two boys with us on our trip and they had a blast with all there was to do, including lots of swimming in the pool. The property has its own small beach and pier and is situated for beautiful sunset views. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dining, relaxing and playing. The location is also terrific with downtown Stuart about 15 minutes away, multiple restaurant options in the area, and a Publix within a 5 minute drive. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to dine in as well. The management company communicated with us every step of the way and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. The house is nicely decorated and extremely clean. This is a wonderful vacation spot that we highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed another great vacation at another BHIP property. I cannot express how Al Roberts and his team make the time spent the most relaxing and stress free possible. They nail all of the details and it easily makes our time as a family one tha5 we can cherish! The recreation and relaxation we had was wonderful. From swimming to fishing, from boating to sightseeing on and in the water, everything was top notch, just as last time. We will be back again, it’s a special place that you can make special memories. The property was incredible, especially the amenities. This is the first time in a long time that the kids didn’t get bored. Between the pool, beach, water toys and fishing the kids played outside all day and stayed off their electronics. The house was fully stocked with everything we thought we would possibly need as well as some things that came in handy that we never would have thought of. We would absolutely return.

What a fantastic home! The homeowner/management company has really thought of everything to make your time comfortable and fun. We took full advantage of being outside and the beach, dock, paddleboards/kayaks/outdoor toys and pool and hot tub. We had plenty to keep everyone entertained and lots of beach towels, chairs and activities. It was fabulous to work out outside facing the water (what a treat!). The home itself is well-appointed and comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms so that everyone was comfortable. The kitchen not only faces the water but is well stocked with every appliance you need to cook for a large group of people and the space was easy to work in and keep clean. The management company was very communicative up to, during and after our stay and made themselves available should we need anything. They made our trip that much easier and so memorable! Highly recommend!
