Wow! We had a fabulous time! Squeeky, white sand, clear water, beautiful view, and a convenient, quiet location. Jen was very thorough and thoughtful with information, tips, and an easy check in process. We had fresh fish every night at local restaurants(our favorite was Bahama Bobs). We even went on a shrimping tour where we saw dolphins, crabs, and fish with Captain Skip on Sailaway Charters. We had a perfect family vacation! Thank you, Jen, for everything!

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the view from our balcony. Everything was clean and neat! Jen was very accommodating with our scheduling and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

First of all, the host was the absolute best! She answered my questions promptly and also sent lists of restaurants, attractions and a packing list so you'd be sure to have what you'd need for your stay. The condo was so comfy and the balcony and outdoor furniture was a real treat. We spent a lot of time on the balcony! I would book this property again!

The view is amazing. I loved having coffee and meals on the balcony while watching the waves. The beach is large with super soft sand. The pool is clean and refreshing. Jen is an amazing host who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, and the master bed was more comfortable than what we have at home. She has put a lot of thought and effort into making sure people have anything they could possibly want during their stay. In the kitchen, there is even a griddle, K cup maker, french press, milk frother, and brita pitcher. The information she shared on local areas was very helpful, up to and including a local shell guide in which the kids really enjoyed looking up what they found on the beach. This condo did not disappoint!

This condo was everything it claimed to be! Absolutely clean and beautiful! Sitting on the balcony watching the waves on a beautiful beach was so calming. You won’t be sorry if you rent this one! And close to many restaurants that we took advantage of!

My fiancé and I loved this place because we were able to walk along the beach to get to and from Hangout Fest, but it was also far enough out that it was very calm and quiet at night after the festivities were over. Waves Grocery store is only a 5’ish minute walk away, which was a huge plus for us.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Loved the closeness to the beach, the friendliness of people, the laid-back feeling and being able to relax. We had beautiful weather for our stay. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the water. Thank you for sharing your place with us! Hope to be back some day!

Nice property with gorgeous beach view and a very responsive host. The washer/dryer broke early in our stay and our host did all she could to make the situation better for us including offering free nights at the unit on a return trip. Thanks, Jen!

The apartment is small but certainly adequate space for a couple. Apartment squeaky clean. Kitchen well stocked with dishes etc needed. All appliances clean and good working order. I went with 2 small plastic tubs with condiments, salt pepper, plastic bags, plastic wrap etc. kept from having to purchase. Owner very responsive and helpful.
I certainly will consider returning but will do a bit more checking for similar space for price, especially at time when the area is not at busy time.
A good time despite rain for 2 days.

Our overall experience with our stay in Gulf Shores was amazing! Jen was the best host we have experienced in all of the years we have used VRBO! She was beyond helpful before our visit, as well as during our visit.
The condo itself was perfect for our family. The kitchen cabinet/drawers are fully stocked with everything you need for meals, the king bed was comfortable and the condo has an amazing view of the gulf! I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Gulf Shores. Jen has created this condo to be a home away from home for anyone that visits!

We took our kids for the week during their break. It was our first spring break out of town! We had a great time and the location to the beach was perfect! It was easy to go for a morning walk, day at the beach, and stop in to the pool. My youngest two loved the little bunk beds. We would definitely recommend this condo. Jen was so great with all the info shared before we left and keeping up in the loop with all the hot spots to go this week!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Easy to get to, had everything we needed, beautiful beach view, host checked with us several times to make sure everything was good. There was plenty of literature on things to do. The weather was perfect. Would highly recommend staying here and if we ever come back this way we will stay again.

Fantastic in ALL aspects; Perfect! Jen was a world-class communicator, keeping us super-informed throughout the process and stay. The complex is rather modern, the pool and hot tub area is superb, and even has high-end pavers.
The condo is immaculate, with every amenity ANYONE could expect or ask for. It is super clean, well-decorated, has very nice furniture and bedding, and an incredible patio with top-notch patio furniture, pavers, and a Million-$ view of the beautiful powdery, white sand beach. Perfect!

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Great view from balcony, comfortable and easy access to beach. Construction didn’t interfere with our stay at all and both elevators working.
Jen made the check in/arrival as well as check out process so easy. We appreciated all information regarding area and apartment that she provided. Jen is a perfect host.
We love the Gulf Shores Beach area and hope to return again to this condo.

The condo is on the beach, steps away from beautiful white sand. The view from the balcony is great; you get the beach and the pool! Jen was super helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do. I definitely recommend this condo.

We traveled with my wife and two kids. We have been to Gulf Shores about six times and Jen was by far the most accommodating host we have encountered. Seamless check in process and the condo was ready promptly and was super clean! The views are incredible and so was the location! Kitchen was well equipped and the bunks worked out well for our family. I know I will not hesitate to book the Heroes Retreat in the future if it’s available! Thanks for the awesome vacation rental and the memories made during our week!

This location is perfect, clean and just enough room for our family! We saw dolphins every single day! The beach is incredibly clean too! The host Jen was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole time we stayed there and even prior to our visit. We would love to come back an stay here again! Thank you for the memories!

This condo was the perfect size for my granddaughter and I as well as easy to get to the beach and back. It had everything we needed for our stay and our communication with the owner was easy and reliable.

The vacation rental was just as it was listed, it was very clean and very updated. The unit was a short walk to the beach. We have stayed in a lot of different condos and this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We had one problem during check in Vrbo. Website was down. I contacted Jen and she was very quick to return my call and get everything worked out for us. Jen is very good at her job and very helpful.

The location, amenities, and owner were all fabulous! We had the best time celebrating our daughter in the most amazing place. We started and ended every day on the beach! Plus each day we found fantastic places to visit and phenomenal food to eat, not to mention all the yummy drinks! We hope to return one day soon!

We stayed at Heroes Retreat while visiting for the hangout fest. The location of the property was great for the festival as well as local restaurants. We loved being right on the beach and waking up to the beatiful view from the balcony. Jen was absolutely amazing and made our stay perfect!

Our stay here was amazing!! It was clean, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and had a “front row seat” from the 7th floor to the sights and sounds of the ocean (including dolphins)! We enjoyed both the pool and beach every day. The hostess was a great communicator and went above and beyond to meet our expectations! We give it 5 stars for sure!
