We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Villa Colonia. Its ideally situated close to bars shops and restaurants and has absolutely everything you need to have the most perfect time away. As we travelled with a toddler and a child with additional needs, we spent quite a lot of time there just playing in the pool, spending quality time with each other and making the best memories. When we did go out it was just a short walk so its in the perfect location. The villa has everything you need. It is spotlessly clean, gorgeous decor, very comfy beds. The hosts provided additional items for our toddler so we didnt have to bring it with us which was a huge help! A home away from home. Just perfect. We particularly loved the barbecue, and the kids were never out of the pool. All in all, i'd recommend this villa to everyone! Huge thanks to Joanne and especially Chris for all of the liaison during booking. And a huge thank you to Karen the property manager for her help during our stay, and Chris for keeping that pool so perfect for us all! Cant wait to visit again!

We are a long time going to PDC and have stayed in a lot of villas, Villa Colonia is right at the top in terms of location, cleanliness. It’s right in the heart of where you need to be. 5 minutes from the beach, 5 mins from Lidl and 2 mins from Angelica’s pizza and a spar. Pool was stunning and thoroughly loved by everyone. Exceptionally clean with a depth of 1.85 metres. Karen and Chris were every travellers dream hosts, nothing was a problem. Very friendly and accommodating at all times. Beautiful welcome pack when we arrived which is always appreciated. Only con we would say and need to point out is that there is only 1 outdoor umbrella and because the villa is in full sun at all times, it only sheltered one person, there is no other shelter. Now a lot of people are ok with that but for us we definitely needed 2 to be able to stay outdoors for this time of year. Karen and Chris thank you and we will definitely see you again.

We holidayed at the villa for 9 nights. It was well equipped and in a good location. Managers Karen and Chris were helpful and welcoming.

We recently stayed here at the beginning of March. The villa was fantastic and set up with everything we need. It is only a short walk down to the beach and the strip. The pool is lovely and the bedrooms are ideal. Karen was so helpful in helping us settle in and was on hand with any recommendations for the island. I will definitely be back and couldn’t rate the villa any higher.

Lovely relaxing break . Linda & Richard met us when we arrived to show us around the villa & left us a welcome pack of food & drink which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was great villa in a quiet location but close enough to the front to enjoy the bars & restaurants .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this excellent villa. The villa was well equipped, clean and in good condition. It is located a short walk to a range of nice restaurants, shops, the beach and a short transfer from the Airport.. Linda and Richard were excellent - very friendly and helpful and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay and answer any questions we had. They were there to greet us on arrival and say goodbye when we left.

We had an amazing time at this villa !! its perfectly situated to the strip, LIDL and the old town. It literally is a home from home and Linda and Richard couldn't have made us feel more welcome. We will definitely be coming back. The welcome pack was amazing and the facilities i.e. dishwasher and washing machine was great. Thank you so much again Linda and Richard.

Had a great time. Linda and Richard so helpful. Everything you would need was in the villa. Villa was spotless. Just one small problem. Villa can take 6 but only one parasol round the pool. One parasol was not enough even for the four of us.

Amazing villa with a great location. Not too close to the centre that you will hear any noise but also not too far away either. A 5-10 minute walk and your right at the beach. Great size pool and villa. Will defiantly be booking again. Linda and Richard were very helpful throughout the booking process

Had a fabulous stay. Everything in the villa is of excellent quality. The pool was fantastic, warm and clean. The location is great for shops, bars and restaurants. As others have said, you do notice the hill on the way back up! Linda and Richard are brilliant and were on hand to sort anything and help in any way they could. Highly recommend this villa and we’ll be back.,

We had a fantastic week staying at the villa with our young family. The pool was great and the location to the beach and nearby shops was really good. Richard and Linda were very accommodating and were always available if we ever needed them. Will definitely be staying again!

Absolutely loved our stay in Villa Colonial , Robert and Linda were so helpful and friendly when we arrived and we knew we could rely on them if we ever were to need anything , not that we did need anything as the Villa was perfect, beautifully decorated , clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again. I genuinely can not find anything negative to say it truly was the perfect home from home ☺️

Just back from a three week stay at Villa Colonia. The villa is even better than the pictures. Lovely neighbourhood with a short walk downhill to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool was delightfully warm and great fun. The upstairs terrace has lovely views for eating outside. The beds are huge and very comfortable. Powerful showers with plenty hot water. A big Lidl supermarket is ten minutes walk away. Easy to get a taxi, with the instructions the management team have left in the villa. Numerous good places to eat out. Whole resort was very clean and felt very safe. If you like walking, take the steep steps up from behind the marina in the old town and walk to Puerto Calero. Beautiful walk and views to a small upmarket fishing village. We ate in Pappardella, a pizza and prawns in garlic, the best we have ever had! We walked back, but you can get the water taxi. We understand there is a small market on a Tuesday and Friday in Puerto Calero which would make a great day out. Another longish walk is to walk to the beach at the airport and watch the planes come in over your head. The little bar at The Forbidden Temple mini golf, opposite San Antonio Hotel at the airport end of Puerto del Carmen serves great Pina Coladas and has lovely staff. Linda and Richard, the management team were so welcoming and we felt very looked after. Thank you for the welcome pack which was much appreciated. The villa and pool are very well looked after and we can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Wonderful property, clean, well furnished and maintained. It was great location with supermarkets a 10 min walk away, beach and main strip 5 min walk away. No car needed if you want a relaxed pool/beach stay. Hosts were wonderful too!

We had an amazing holiday in this wonderful property. Nothing was to much trouble for the managers and they were very attentive, friendly and made us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we met them. They were gracious, informative and helpful. Couldn’t commend or recommend them enough.

The villa was spotless and well maintained. The pool area was well furnished. It was only a 5 minute walk to grocery shops and 10 minutes to the centre of Puerto del Carmen and the beach. The property managers went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended!
