We really enjoyed the property. The view of the ICW was beautiful. The house was beautiful. Location was easy access to everything. Property management and owner were great to work with. Very attentive and available when needed.

Going to Myrtle Beach daily was amazing. The weather was great. The house’s pool was much smaller than it appeared, the intercostal area behind the house is NOT for swimming and had boats constantly speeding by. The house itself seemed to be man-made/cheaply made. The master bed is made up of several mattress piled up on one another and had no bottom sheet. It looks nicer on VRBO than it is but it did accommodate my family. No beach towels, cooler or chairs are included.

Me and my husband and our my in laws and kids all stayed for our wedding it was a wonderful house and had everything we needed made our stay relaxing on the river and which pool and hot tub we loved the multiple patios and location was close to lots of places that we went and saw! Definitely will be back thanks for everything !

The adage "You get what you pay for" definitely does not apply to this property. The elevator is a cargo lift that DID NOT WORK. The icemaker did not work. We called and were told that maintenance man was on his way, so we stayed home waiting for him. We called three times that day (Tuesday). Wednesday we called again and were told the same thing, so we stayed home waiting for him, that was. Thursday we called and were told the same thing, (Thursday) the maintenance man arrived at 4:30pm. He could not fix the elevator or the icemaker. So my family (8 people) stayed four nights with no ice. They did not volunteer to bring bags of ice. I had paid in advance to have the pool and the hot tub heated. Monday when we checked in the pool was not heated so we called Tuesday morning and was told the pool guy was on his way all day. Finally, we were told that the owners had to turn it on. That was 7pm on Tuesday. So, Wednesday evening and Thursday we could get in the pool and the hot tub. This was totally unacceptable. The house was supposed to have cable and it was not on any of the televisions. This entire stay was the worst experience for my family.

The ad is not accurate. I inquired about the Accessibility Elevator; stating it was required due to my Mobility and Accessibility needs.I was told there was one; this goes from the Driveway to the kitchen. None of the beds comfortable except top floor; which went up, then asked Host for the Fire Department to get me down I was in my nightgown trying to take my Mobility Service Dog out. They asked me to pay the hot tub heat for a second time (it was paid at booking) 3 times! I stated prior to booking it was medically necessary; I had a doctors note; a letter of medical necessity; and they couldn’t get it on. . I am still waiting for my guaranteed refund since 2/25/23! The Mildew is absolutely overwhelming; it will floor you and if you have issues detoxing it, like me, you will get very sick! I lost a 6” chunk of hair in the bed. After just being there for 16 hours . “Watching your favorite TV Shows on the Large TV in the Living Area; “FALSE I programmed that; took over an hour, the one night I was there on 2/24. It was so soft I couldn’t hear through my Cochlear bilateral 130 db of hearing aids… All I did was wait on the management company regarding the hot tub. I couldn’t open ANY doors to the outside due to a high pitch sound it made and I would collapse and start vomiting! That happened about 6 times in 1 night; I didn’t have anything locked! It’s just been a battle to get my money back so I can get to the doctors I need to detoxify me.
