My colleagues were very impressed with the cleanliness and renovations of this property. Our company was staying at this rental for the 2024 MTU Spring Career fair, and it was a wonderful choice! There was a lot of attention to detail in how it was designed and decorated, everything is new and fresh! The location is perfect when it comes to accessing all you need in town, which was definitely utilized! The parking was great for what was needed, which was a Ram 2500 diesel truck. There aren't many improvements to suggest, however, one would be the baseboard heat was noisy, especially in the middle of the night. They only other downside was the one room is right next to a busy road (8-10 feet), which was loud on it's own. If a sound machine was used that could have help drown out the traffic sound. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would be happy to come back and stay there again! We will recommend it to others!

Beautiful rental with outstanding accoutrements. Everything was clean, modern and up to date Thoughtful well appointed design. Plenty of room, kitchen stocked with gourmet cook in mind. Perfect parking and zero issues with host. Highly recommend with no hesitation. Would definitely rent again.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son at MTU. Our original plan was for 6 of us to stay and it was definitely roomy enough for 6 to stay comfortably. The owners did a fantastic job of repurposing a commercial building into a spacious, yet cozy, home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and close to everything Hancock/Houghton. This place is just as wonderful as it looks in the pictures. What you can't see in the pics is how well-stocked the kitchen is with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. We had everything we needed and more. My favorite feature was the peek-a-boo view of the canal. It was lovely, especially with the autumn colors and the clear skies at night. Overall, a great place to stay! We're looking forward to coming back.

This home is so beautiful on the inside, everything is modern and up to date. Very cozy, warm feeling, lots of parking, great neighborhood. Water is a block away. Hosts are a text away and just great to deal with. My family will be back

Overall we enjoyed this rental - it is very modern and spacious. We had 5 adults and our dog here for four nights. We made and ate most of our meals here since one of us has to be extremely careful to eat only gluten free foods and it was well equipped to prepare, cook and eat in. I recommend this to others.

Stayed with family at this lovely place. Hosts are nice as can be. Was great for my uncle, who has some mobility issues, plenty of space! Great kitchen and cute patio area.
