This house gave my family and I the perfect pandemic reunion. We had 3 families and the house was the perfect size to host us all. We had 5 kids ranging from 3 to 8 and they all had a blast. The playground was the addition that really made our stay relaxing. It gave the kids something to do while the adults relaxed. I would definitely stay there again. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was super clean when we arrived. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Children loved the playground, could put something else in place of the chess game. Kids totally not interested. We totally enjoyed the property.

We loved this cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed having a “yard” along with the playground. We spent a lot of time outside on the two decks just soaking in the view. The first night we had a large bear visit us and just hang out in the yard eating grass... that definitely caused some excitement! The floor plan was perfect for us and our 4 preteen and teenage children. We all enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, and the movie theater. I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. I cannot say enough nice things about this house. We are already trying to figure out when we might be able to rent it again.

We enjoyed staying at Heaven's Playground. The cabin was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need! I loved how all of the light switches and kitchen drawers and cabinets were labeled - super convenient. Beds were comfy and cabin was clean upon arrival. It was perfect - view was spectacular - would definitely stay here again!

This place had everything you could possibly imagine. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the beds were comfortable. The pictures online are fantastic however the house is far better in person. Definitely will be looking to return to this property

We went to Gatlinburg for an escape for my family(myself, husband, 3 adult children and their partners). Had the BEST time. So clean and well kept. The house had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were so comfortable, and the basement with the games and movie theater were a hit! The perfect place for a family get together or to celebrate a holiday. Close enough to Gatlinburg and other attractions if that's what you're looking for. We enjoyed te outdoor fire pits, chess and hot tub too! We would absolutely go back!

Friends got together for a Friendsgiving and everyone had a blast! Every room had comfy king-sized beds and all amenities were in great shape and worked as expected. Will definitely be returning soon!

Me and the family had a wonderful time slowing down and enjoying each other's time and this place made the process very easy!

We’ve stayed in well over 30 vacation homes and our group agreed that if we were going to build a house again that this is the best layout! What a comfortable place with beautiful decor. Not to mention the view is pretty cool as well. Check-in/out process was a breeze! This may be the first place that didn’t ask us to strip the beds before we leave which is a little bit of time saver when you’re leaving. Won’t go into a lot of detail other than if you like comfort with plenty of entertaining amenities then look no further…

This was a great house, perfect for our multi-family vacation. Beautiful views, and there was something for everyone! Would definitely stay here again.

Our experience could not have been better! The breathtaking view of clouds mountain and trees was awesome. The cabin was so very clean and was everything it said it would be and more. Kitchen was fully stocked. Accommodations were just wonderful. Every age group had no complaints at all:) Would dev love to go back, but would go during a different season .. heat and humidity were an issue for everyone but that’s something only God controls:) We enjoyed great family time and made lots of memories!!

We could not have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. Able to take my parents, both of my kids, and my two grandchildren. The cabin was just as advertised as well as clean and spacious. The biggest plus for us was the playground and playroom. Both kept us all entertained. We also enjoyed the outside sitting areas. They were perfect for relaxing and catching up as family. We did see bears more than once in the early evening hours so be careful before jumping out of your car. We left them alone and they went on their way. If you want a flat straight drive to your cabin, this isn’t the place for you, but once you get there the view is worth it. The road is steep and definitely curvy but you are in the mountains. Drive slowly and enjoy the ride. In my 3 year old granddaughter’s words- “I want to come back here next time”

Our family loved this cabin, the kids were always occupied with the hot tub , play ground , game room or theater. Good view of nature with a lot of bear sightings. Very close to pigeon forge and/or Gatlinburg when you want to see the city. We can’t wait to return next year!

We were so pleased with heavens playground stay. The house was exactly as advertised and fit the needs of our group: 2 grandparents, 3 children with significant others an almost 3 year old and a 17 mo old. It is true that the hill is a windy drive but the house is unique in its level lot, yard and parking. We had bears on the property 5 of the 7 nights. They seem to ignore us if we ignored them. All the warnings and cautions about keeping food secure was helpful. The playground was perfect for the grandsons. The game room was enjoyed every night along with the hot tub.(which was absolutely cleaned before we arrived as advertised)We so appreciated all the labeling and instructions, they were very helpful. It was a great stay and we highly recommend it.

My wife and I took our kids and her parents for a week-long stay at GSM. We found this house very well suited for our group - plenty of bedrooms, living spaces indoors and out. Foosball, shuffle board, poker table, arcade games and the outdoor playground kept our kids busy while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and propane firepits/fire tables. We contacted the manager about a minor problem and it was addressed quickly. Great house, location and hosts. Would certainly stay here again!

This property was beyond beautiful and just as described on website. We had a delightful time. The last step into basement is VERY deceiving and we had multiple people miss the last step and hurt their foot. Despite this, we would stay with Heavens Cabins again.

Had a great experience! The kitchen was well stocked and the pictures are accurate. The house was very well kept and in good condition. Beds were comfortable, too! Many bear sightings safely from the upper deck! Be sure to watch your kiddos on the playset!

This was our second stay with Heavens cabins (different cabin). This cabin is breathtaking, super clean and even more beautiful than the pictures can capture. It’s in a perfect location, short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. The cabins amazing view, theatre room, game room and hot tub will make you never want to leave! We had a small leak in a bathroom and the owners responded immediately and had a plumber there within minutes to fix it. Outstanding customer service! We can’t wait to check out more of Heavens cabins!

We had a wonderful stay. The kids loved the playground and chess set and all the games in the basement. Great place with great views!!

This was our second time at this location (August ‘21) and we loved it! Our 5 grandchildren (6 and under) asked to play outside while they were still finishing breakfast everyday. There was also plenty of room inside for play on our rainy day, and we took advantage of the theater room that day. Great family getaway!

Property was just as advertised. Very clean and full of amenities. There was no need to go back down the mountain. The home entertainment theater and lower deck seating were a hit. The couples who attended this weekend getaway said their stay was absolutely AMAZING !

This cabin is amazing. There were 7 adults and 3 children and the accomodations were perfect. Plenty of seating in all areas. We loved the outdoor seating with the heated table which came in handy for the cold nights. The cabin is very open and roomy. The kids really enjoyed the downstairs area with game machines and theater. The decor was just beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. I have one complaint. The garbage can in the kitchen is far too small for this many people. We were taking out garbage daily. The roads coming up to the cabin are quite scary. We were there in January and very lucky to not encounter any bad weather. We wouldn't have made it up. The fog settles in and it's very hard to see the road at times. Unfortunately due to this, we made sure to be back to the cabin before dark. Thankfully there is a pizza place down the hill that delivered when we didn't want to cook and it was really good! Overall, we had a great stay and I highly recommend this cabin.

By far the most amazing place we've ever stayed in Gatlinburg! We've always stayed on the strip, or in walking distance to downtown and we typically have a group of 8-12 come every year. This cabin is absolutely gorgeous and was immaculate upon arrival. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, with a great mix of common areas for us to spend time together and share a couple meals together. The kitchen is very well stocked with EVERYTHING labeled for where things need to go, which was super helpful. We grilled out, used the oven and stove and made a fantastic meal. We stayed in the master bedroom and I was so impressed with all of the little details throughout the room. Hooks everywhere to hang items, the tub was amazing with plenty of shelves and storage to unpack and enjoy the space. Even the placement of the plugs in the bathrooms where unique and added to the luxury feel of the cabin. The game room and movie room were a HUGE hit! Everyone gathered here each night to spend time together. We even watched a movie one day and had a great experience! The drive up to the cabin wasnt as bad as everyone made it out to be in previous reviews. There were some sharp turns, but the views during the drive make you forget about the windy road. My only disappointment was that we didnt see a single bear. We were really hoping to see one from afar...maybe next year! Overall, this was the best place to stay! We will be back to one of Heaven's Cabins!

The kid's loved the playground and the adults loved the firepit and outdoor deck area. Also, as a plus, each floor has it's own thermostat. Very nice. The decor is amazing. If I had to list anything I would have changed it would be the size of the garbage can in the kitchen. We were filling it up daily. It's a short drive to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. There's a pizza place down the road that actually delived to us and it was really good. 5 stars on this one! Would highly recommend this cabin!

This is the second cabin we’ve stayed at through this property owner and they’ve all been great. We went with this one because it has a playground and it was a good call. Two 5 year olds and a 2 year old approve! It was the perfect size for my family, in-laws, and my sister. We will be back again next year.

The house was perfect. It had all the amenities our big family needed. The game room was excellent and the outdoor playground was a hit for my twins. Definitely recommend this house! Great communication with the host as well.
