The staff were very helpful! The water was a little rusty, but the hotel is safe, quiet, and has an amazing AC!

The poor service on behalf of housekeeping asked to be cleaned and I went two days without any cleaning also the pool and jacuzzi had a whole bunch of leaves and you could not dirty the bathroom towels otherwise you would be charged for them there was no floor mats for the bathroom or shower. Other than all of these Isaid has the best customer service,charisma and great personality.

They had a secure car lot. Centrally located pool. Felt safe and clean. Pretty cozy. Hard mattress. Older pipes. Would stay again and bring friends. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Playa Inn Rocky Point is an older, but clean hotel. This is our second time staying there and we returned because of the friendliness of the staff. This time, we had a few hickups with our room, but the staff was able to fix those issues. It is an older hotel that could definitely use some updating, but it is pretty clean. The beds are okay, but they need better pillows. The location of the hotel is okay and having an Oxxo across the street is very convenient. The two story hotel is built around their swimming pool which provides some peace of mind when the kiddos are in the pool because the pool is not accesible from the street like at other smaller hotels. The parking is also secured by chainlink fencing and an employee watches it overnight.

Worst place to stay in hotel AMELIA was the worst staff member I had ever I countered . Complaint #1we were relaxing in the pool and Amelia come up to our group only and demands that all cotton is to be out of the pool ! I had a bathing suit cover up , three other women in the pool where wearing regular cotton shirts with cotton shorts Amelia said not one word to them ! Complaint #2 check out is at 12 pm ! Posted on all sites ! 8 am there is a house maide or front desks no knock on the door no introduction on who is accessing the room , the couple was undressed when the lady comes in with no permission given. Complaint #3 the couple who accompanied us to this birthday trip , had checked out for the day but we where staying an extra day , went out had breakfast and came back they wanted to freshen up before heading home on a hot and humid day and we politely informed her they where with us and she denied them access Amelia’s attitude and lack of attention to the customer was unacceptable !!WE WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!! dirty beds pillowcases stained ,hair in under sheets , left over items from last people’s stay !! The rest of the staff was absolutely amazing other than the man at the front when checking out ! I asked for Amelia’s name and he hesitated to give me her name asked if everything was ok I told him all the complaints and he said not one word ! Not one(family operated )makes sense !!You get what u pay for!!! I rather spend more money on a ABMB next time!

Nice bar and pool. There are kids in pool sometime.

The sink was clogged for our 4 day stay and on Friday water came out dark brown with sand.

We really enjoyed our stay . Everything was as advertised . I recommend.

Nice staff and clean.

The overall stay was not the best. The AC took several hours to cool down our room. There was no water in the morning. Talked with the manager and she didn't seem too worried about any of the issues. The only accommodation she was willing to give us was changing rooms but told me I already paid so she couldn't give me a refund.

Biggest problems were the water in the shower there was only HOT water and no cold so it was a sauna in there. The pool was not very appealing as it look like it needed to be shocked and clarifier added to it. The room was very large and the maid service was excellent there.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are spacious. The beds pillows are pretty soft. The staff are amazing. Not just do they have a pool they have a hot tub. They bring a speaker out to listen to music. They also have a bar Where the bartenders and servers are fantastic they make some amazing drinks. Definitely will be back multiple times

We took our kids to Rocky point and we had never stayed here before. The website said that the room offered a refrigerator and a microwave for the standard room, but in fact it only offers it for the suite. Even though this website had the incorrect information the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly, along with both of the security guards. They Brought it to the managers attention for us. She gave us the upgraded room, even though the website had made an error and she was losing money on the room. She was super nice and sweet. All of the staff at this place is super helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back here. Rooms are very clean and spacious in the suite. Property is beautiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality towards our little family.

Amazing

The security and front desk employees were very nice and made my stay feel welcomed. It is a decent place to sleep and get ready for the next outing. The actual hotel had a pool though if you want to swim. It’s not far from the beach either and at a good price.

Amazing Employees and great customer service and nice pool and Jacuzzi ...great atmosphere...but no wifi and the TVs are all in Spanish ...which makes entertainment in the room kinda sucky because it's hard to get signal on your phone but overall pretty good stay

My husband and I have been staying in different hotels. But we had never had been so grateful as we were with the Owner of the hotel. She was wonderful she made us feel safe and comfortable. Thank You and YES we planning on going back….

We had a great stay as soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the door, the valet helped us in with our luggage. Having our vehicle gated on the premises, made us feel safe, anytime, we wanted to leave the premises. The guard would allow us to come and go as we needed . The staff made our stay safe and enjoyable. They were awesome.

I staff was NOT helpful the Tv did not work. When we went to the room the toilet has pee all over it and the light did not work.

The property is the best in the block , the other surrounding area are run down, abandoned buildings and a lot of trailers and rvs it is by far the nicest place closest to playa bonita .

We got to our room and noticed our room door was open. The room smelt very strong like paint, it seemed like the room was under construction. The lights in the bathroom were in the middle of being switched out. The bathroom sink was filthy. Not to mention, there’s a bar in the hotel so at night we just heard yelling. If you guys are going alone without family this will be the place to stay.
