Cutest house in the neighborhood and multiple places for folks to eat if you are hosting a family dinner. Spacious fenced in backyard with beautiful, lush lawn perfect for pets to play. Having the locked dog door with Pet room was especially nice to wipe off paws and manage the pets. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need or want if you are cooking, including a toaster, blender, coffee pot, teapot, and Keurig. Plenty of utensils and even a stocked utility drawer. The mini bar was a very classy touch and impressive! Easy to use with Venmo and QR codes for both the minibar and the Wi-Fi. The outside area is an adorable place to have a drink and socialize. Especially liked the lights hanging above with the shade canopy that also protected from light rain. The hosts were kind enough to leave dog treats and personalize a message to us with a card which immediately made me feel right at home. Books provided lots of information about local attractions and places to visit. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed!

Best place to stay in Murfreesboro if you are on vacation or moving to the area. We stayed four nights and it was like being at home. Fully stocked kitchen, nice welcome basket, nice gated yard, good exterior lighting, nice size bedrooms, and convenience to great eateries, etc. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and making our transition to TN seamless. I will recommend it to out of town guests who come to visit us.

We were in Murfreesboro for our daughter’s wedding and our time at Shawna's home was exactly what we needed. We arrived to a clean and cozy space that felt like home. The spaciousness of the home allowed us to relax and enjoy each other's company. I absolutely enjoyed the back yard. After the whirlwind of the wedding day, it was the perfect spot to unwind. Our only regret is that our stay couldn't have been longer. We’ll be back and hope to stay here again.

From the moment we pulled onto the driveway, we knew our stay would be special. The house and setting are lovely. Inside, we found a handwritten note welcoming us and our dog with treats for 2 legged and 4 legged friends. Tugg loved his toys and the spacious yard. The outside gathering space was perfect for visiting friends. We were impressed by how the home was stocked from Himalayan salt to coffee syrups and creamers. We have comfy beds at home and are usually disappointed during vacation stays, but the beds here were just like home. We brought dog towels (for expected rains), dog bowls, balls, but none of these items were necessary. The owner has thought about everything that will make one's stay comfortable. Do not hesitate. Reserve your Murfreesboro visit at this home!

My family of four spent 4 nights here over spring break to watch our daughter's softball tournament. This was our first VRBO experience and the owner Shawna set a high standard! From the moment we booked, Shawna was in touch with us. She provided details, recommendations and anwered all of our questions. The home is very clean, nicely decorated with a lot of personal charm mixed with modern conveniences. You could see the amount of attention paid to details in creating a comfortable home away from home. Definately recommended for those staying in the area. If we have another tournament (or just want to visit again...) we will be staying here!

I’ve done quite a bit of traveling and it always seems as though you are missing something. That was not the case here. The home was very accommodating, well furnished, and cozy on every level. Very comfortable and to be honest, really hated leaving it. Also, a huge added bonus that we were able to bring our pets. Would give more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful rental property. The home was clean and well maintained. The owner, Shawna, went out of her way to decorate the home for us as we would be there over the Christmas holiday. She was always quick to answer any questions and very helpful with suggestions concerning the Murfreesboro area. Also, if you are planning to travel with your dogs, then the backyard really can’t be beat. Shawna also left us a couple new kong toys which have quickly become our dogs’ favorites. We had a wonderful experience and certainly recommend this property to anyone traveling with family or pets to the Murfreesboro area. You will not be disappointed!

In awe of the owne’s attention to detail to make our stay so amazing. We were up for daughters baby shower and sons birthday which happen during Christmas season and the home was decked out for the holidays I felt like I was in a Christmas village home. We accidentally left some items behind and she contacted me immediately to arrange the return of them. Would recommend this place over any VRBO. Top Notch!

This home met all our needs, wants and even our didn't expects. The host was amazing and the dog friendly options allowed us to bring our babies without concern, even when we left them to go somewhere. The home was truly spotless and the little perks throughout made us smile. We are still talking about the thoughtfulness of the items stocked to ensure a perfect stay.

Shawna is an amazing host. The house is beautiful . We stayed in the house to attend our daughter’s horse riding show. The house had truly everything we needed . Shawna thinks of everything . The house is clean and feels like home . The beds are very comfortable. It has a beautiful wrap around porch . It is a great place to relax as it is quiet. The house is amazing, and the host/owner is one of the best we have ever dealt with. She deserves way more than 5 stars! The outside is perfect, the griddle, big screen tv and fire pit made for a great Sunday afternoon watching football and hanging out! We loved it and can't wait to go back. When we found this listing we had high expectations. The reviews looked so great. Well, our expectations were exceeded. The house was very clean and well stocked. There wasn't anything that we needed that was not provided. The house was so comfortable and ready for us to relax in. The yard was so roomy and fun for our dogs to play in. We are definataly looking forward to the next tme we can stay here. Shawna is such a fantastic host.

I have to say that this home rates in my top two. Shawna maintained contact and always responded in a timely manner. My mother and I felt very welcomed and it really did feel like a home away from home. There were such minor issues that they are really not worth mentioning, especially if someone is looking for a nice place to stay that is warm, welcoming and comfortable. The home was clean, and some of the decor was quite interesting and offered a good laugh (e.g. The old man in the bathroom)! I really do not feel the pictures on VRBO do this home any justice. The home looks much nicer and cleaner in person Our dogs enjoyed the large fenced in backyard and treats that were left for them. Shawna also provided treats for the adults!! One thing that also stood out that was very much appreciated is the mini bar with beverages, wine and beer. My mother is over 80 and when we arrived, both of us were too tired to run again and just wanted to relax. We ordered in food and we were also able to purchase wine from the mini bar. What a treat! Thank you again Shawna!! We appreciated everything!

This was the first Vrbo that i have ever stayed at that thought of everything. Normally when you book a Vrbo any amenities that you need, salt, pepper, spices, condiments, oil, etc., you have to go purchase yourself. Not here, Shawna thought of everything and her communication was top notch. My friends and I were here for a softball tournament that happens every year and now we know where we will booking next year. Awesome place, thanks a lot Shawna.

Check in process was super easy. Host was easy to work with. The outside grill area was nice and sits in a very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful new house with top notch furnishings. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. Great place to stay with kids or adults

This is the best VRBO property I ever stayed at hands down. The place is new, clean, and beautiful. On line pictures do not do it justice. Has huge fenced back yard. Every little detail and amenity is provided, including a bottle of wine and two cold beers in the fridge waiting for us. Google maps still shows previous small house that used to be there, so you can’t find it by virtually driving around.

This home was perfect for our family. The home is clean, modern and located only a short drive from Nashville, Cumberland Caverns and many other activities and sites. The home offers a large fully fenced backyard that was perfect for our pup. After spending the day out exploring, we returned to a home that was inviting both inside and outside. The home offers a large family room for relaxing and playing games and a small outdoor oasis with a griddle, campfire and plenty of chairs and shade. Shawna was the most attentive and accommodating host.

First impression was Wow, house was Stunning. We're in for the Laos New Years Festival, it was just 3 minute drive from the house. The house was cleaned and everything you need to feel like your own home. Definitely will stay here again, went I'm in town! 10 Stars

very clean and great location. Well stocked with all the added touches. I forgot soap and they had it. Everything was just like being back at home.
