The house is clean and beautiful. It has washing machine and dryer. Tv in 2 bedrooms. Beautiful area in general. Close to many amazing beaches. The communication with the host was fast and quick as he helped us when we needed him. The kitchen has many pots and plates. Everything was awesome and I recommend this because stay!

The house met all of our needs for our stay at Naples. The only issue we had was with garbage left in the kitchen garbage container without a bag and it had started to rot, resulting with flies and odor in the house. The inside recycle container still had items in it. There was no TP and paper towels to get us started on our stay. There we items left in the dryer. When we took the outside garbage containers out to the curb for pickup, all 3 were 3/4 filled and smelled. They must've not been taken out from prior renters/cleaners. We only had 1 teaspoon and one of the electrical outlets in the queen bedroom appeared to not work. Maybe it was us not figuring out how to get our phone to charge. Other than that, the house was well furnished and comfortable for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and if it wasn't so hot outside, we would've spent more time in the back yard because it was well setup. Only gave it a 4 star because of the cleaning issue, otherwise it was a great property.

Very nice home …. clean, modern and well maintained. This is one house we would go back again.

We were busy during our stay, but the house was a perfect place to come back and relax between events, make meals (well equipped kitchen) and sleep.

This place was simply perfect for our family. It was clean and comfy. We had plenty of room for the six of us. We were on the go most of our stay but loved coming home to the quiet neighborhood. Great communication by the Mike Z Team. Highly recommended.

We had the best time! The home is newly renovated and lovely. The backyard is lovely with trees and fences for privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to a grocery, Target, restaurants. Downtown Naples, the Pier the beach and Everglades are a short and easy drive away. We'd stay there again!

Absolutely stunning!! I love this property so much. I will definitely book with them again.

Nice clean place to stay was just two of us but very quite area had everything you need for the beach and bikes as well.
