One complaint is the bedroom off the living room couldn’t get an air flow. Was very warm and had to go purchase a fan. First visit on any of the islands that had no recyclable containers on the property. We did our best to recycle on our own. Very comfortable condo.

We loved our stay here. The location is within walking distance to downtown Kona and the condo provided all the amenities to make for a comfortable visit. The only drawback is the traffic in the morning off Ali’i way, but the noise was only noticeable while sitting out on the lanai.

We were so grateful for this home base during our vacation. It had everything we could need and want. There was a minor issue at check in that was resolved super quickly after contacting the responsive and courteous management team. The kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a few simple meals. The lanai felt very private being screened by lush palms and was a lovely place to enjoy breakfast and an evening rainfall. Being able to do laundry as needed was such a bonus and the kids loved going to the pool on our low-key afternoons. There were plenty of beach towels and also other beach goodies like chairs, an umbrella, cooler bag, and beach toys to use on our beach days. We really appreciated the hospitality and amenities here and the location was great!

The surrounding property and facilities were really helpful and as advertised. The residence was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully stocked. Overall we felt lucky to have found and booked the listing, and we’re very satisfied with our stay.

This place was an absolute dream! The location was perfect- just a little walk across the street to Honl Beach. The place was very clean, and had so many things we loved- the pull out couch gave just a bit extra room for the family, the cute lanai to sit at for breakfast, and the roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the addition of beach stuff in the closet, as well as the stocked kitchen. The thought of ice packs was amazing and well used. This place had everything we needed for our beach adventures! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location on the big island

Location was great and so was place. I wish we had the dryer working all week since we packed lightly expecting to wash our clothes, but we made it work without it.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It is the perfect location to walk to the shops/restaurants in Kona. The condo was well stocked and even had beach chairs and towels for us to use. Having bunk beds for the kids was a definite bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very pleased with this property and would stay here again.

The check in was easy, once we got the email closer to the time of the stay instructions were really clear. Very accommodating plenty of space for the family, included some necessities like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap! Pool was smaller than we expected but we ended up loving it even more, we were the only ones going to the pool. The home is not only a beautiful place to be if you were a couple but also very kidproof, they included kids silverware, plates, and cups (Thank you!). Really nice location being just mere minutes from the heart of ali’i drive! Easy to stay parked and just walk to it. Highly recommend, thank you for letting us stay! Mahalo!

Amenities like a pool and everything you need to feel at home away from your own home. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to feel at home in Hawaii.
