This property is in a great location. It’s just as described and pictured. Very clean, and comfortable. Diana was very responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!!

We had a marvelous stay and Diana couldn’t have been a better, more responsive host. The house is old but beautifully maintained with an awesome wraparound veranda that is chock full of fun games. Everything you could need is supplied and the house is centrally located, in easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay!

Our four-night stay was perfect. Lovely meticulously clean house with exceptional amenities and very, very comfortable (several living/sitting areas). Great games to entertain young children and parents/grandparents alike.

Can I just say….No need to stay anyplace else. Spoke with owner prior to arrival so accommodating, loved the personal touch and special treat left for us. Everything is there and available basically bring your food and drinks and your all set. Beds we’re very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and cold air conditioning. Nice backyard for a barbecue. Games a plenty. Nautilus Tavern on the corner had a great meal . Beach within walking distance and beach tags provided! Beautiful and very clean beach, perfect for small children!

This is a well maintained property. Great for 4-6 guests. Beach passes for the small town beach are included and easy to use. The kitchen is small but thoughtfully equipped and we cooked a few meals here. We appreciated that house towels and linens were taken care of along with basics like hand soap, dish, soap, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Recommended!

The property was in excellent shape, clean, and easy to check in. There was shuffleboard, foosball, and a giant connect 4 game that occupied our kids. The house is walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach, ice cream, and restaurants. The house come with beach passes and the beach was perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage that you would never guess was an older home. Nice and clean and every detail was thought of. Plenty of fun games, charger for phone, extra outlets and usb ports by the beds, towels, kitchen extras, línens, you name it. You can pack light and not have to worry. Very responsive host. Highly recommend.

Place looked like advertised. Really enjoyed the experience. It was only 4 of us and there was enough space. The cottage really made me feel like I could live in a cozy home one day. Thank you for hosting our stay.

Very clean, charming, and well equipped vacation home! Excellent location — we walked to the beach and to the nearby ice cream shop. Kids and grownups enjoyed the games provided. Definitely plan to come back!

First time to North Beach and this was was perfect. The house is spacious, well furnished and clean. A short walk to the main beach (beach pass provided by property owner). The town is a quiet little get away with not a whole lot to do, but that is what we were looking for.

We enjoyed our stay at this well appointed, cozy beach house. The boys enjoyed the games in the house, and we could walk to the beach and ice cream.

The house is beautifully appointed and has very comfortable living room seating. The kitchen is well stocked. I like a firm beds and the larger beds are softer than what I like to sleep on. The cleaners do a great job. The house is spotless. We had perfect weather so I can't attest to the HVAC. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It is a very short walk to the boardwalk and into the area where most of the restaurants are located. We rented the house solely to get out of our house during a renovation and instead had a vacation!

We booked this house for our family of four and grandma over Memorial Day weekend. It was the perfect size and location for our needs. We went to the beach every day with the included beach passes—it’s a quiet, shallow, and protected cove, which is great for littles, and the pirate ship was a favorite. We enjoyed all the local restaurants and ice cream shops and also recommend the restaurants on the water in Deale. Otherwise, we brought the kids’ scooters and walked where we could. The kids loved the house and games there and cried when we left! The beds were comfy and the house had every convenience. Thank you!

Walked in and was immediately stunned by how well decorated the house was. It had a very charming beach vibe that you can tell the owner worked on meticulously. The games throughout the house (including fusball, shuffleboard and even a giant version of connect four as well as many board games) kept us entertained throughout our stay because unfortunately it was raining that weekend. The owners left a wonderful note with a gift of shark tooth fossils that I thought was very neat and I'm excited to add to my collection. Overall a very nice stay and a great house to choose if you want an authentic beach cottage experience in the best little nappy beach town in the country. The house was built in the 1920s so you will also be staying in a part of history. Owner is attentive and helpful with any concerns or questions. Couldn't recommend this property more.
