Apartment was wonderful. Clean and had everything we needed plus additional personal touches. Carvoeiro is lovely - nice beaches, shops and restaurants.

At the top of a steep hill - so coming back from the resort center with a double buggy was a challenge - but we did know about this prior so can't complain. Maybe we'll be back when kids are older and can climb back themselves, or push us. :D

The selection of pools on site. The size of the apartment and the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The walking proximity to the town. Towels changed every 3rd day which was appreciated.

The noise until 3am from the road from late night bars.We had to leave the windows opened at night as no air conditioning in apartment. There were fans which did help. The price was rather expensive seeing that friends booked another 2 bed apartment for the same length of time through another provider for €300 cheaper.

Property was very nice with lovely views and pool areas were ideal.

We were lucky to get an apartment on the first floor just by the pool. The apartments are big with two bathrooms and lovely decorated. All facilities you need.

The cleaners came in the evening, while we were showering and getting ready for the night. We would’ve preferred if they came earlier during the day. Also we would’ve loved to have some cleaning supplies available in the apartment so we could clean the floors and not having to buy dish soap etc.

Location is superb! You can walk to each side of town in 5 minutes including beach. We had swimming pool right in front of our apartment and ocean view too!

It’s a little dated. The electricity stopped working while cooking one night and we had to wait a little for the repair guy. Also the shower was cold pretty quickly when other bathrooms where also in use.

The reception staff were great, first impressions of the general site were good and the view from the accommodation was excellent. Air con and English TV were a nice feature. The location of the site to the town was also very good and our 2 bed apartment was a good size.

The apartment was listed as 'Refurbished / Superior', whilst the bathrooms may have been refurbished a few years ago that was the extent of any upgrade, the apartment was a dated which is fine, but for us the main issue was just general care and maintenance, dirty tiles & grouting, loose electrical sockets, dirty/rusting appliances and pieces of wood keeping the doors and windows closed....? The apartment was obviously a privately owned holiday let and a bit cluttered, just didn't feel clean sadly. The noise from the adjoining rooms, especially upstairs was significant. The pool areas also lack maintenance and management, there was an obvious change of colour to the pool water over a few days to the point where we were not happy to use it. Walking into town is possible but due to the steep walk back up hill, this would not be appropriate for anyone with any sort of mobility issue.

the property had everything included for what we needed, air-con was great, storage was great, view was decent and the kitchen facilities were all anybody needed. two bathrooms and two bedrooms were also a massive plus for us

Not a lot really, it could probably do with freshening up / modernising with decor but the place was very functional. we found the beds slightly to firm for us but you can’t please everyone when renting a place out, so not being picky about that. Access to the rooftop terrace would of been great with a BBQ included, that would of been the icing on the cake for us .

Arrived much earlier than check in time but our apartment was ready so were given the keys. Reception staff were very helpful. Fantastic view of the town and sea from our apartment (No 72), probably one of the best on the complex, very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely pool less than 2 minutes walk.

Easy to collect keys as there is a reception area. Free parking on premise. Beds for 6 people and 3 full bathrooms made it very convenient. Lots of pools and lounge chairs. Close to beach and restaurants.

Depending on the time of day we showered, there was no hot water. Pillows didn't smell too good. Had to pay extra for the safe lock.

Great location and value for the money. Very quiet. Large room with lots of amenities will stay again for sure

Heater in main sitting room did not work. Leak under bathroom sink. We had to go out and buy basic kitchen supplies. Things like paper towels and salt and pepper and such should have been left behind.

The views were amazing. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could need.

The furniture is a bit dated and didn't seem the cleanest. There was no laundry detergent or dish soap and it wouldn't be worth buying for a short stay.
