Overall good stay. Condo is small, clean and comfortable. Good ocean view. You can prepare and eat meals in the kitchen has everything you need to do so. Great area for walking on shady paths or bike just across the street from Seaside Villas and the beach is beautiful for walking 2 minutes away. Our only complaint is the fridge was noisy cycled on and off too often. We had to put the TV volume up and down while the fridge cycled on and off. Other than that was a good two weeks.

We loved the property, it was perfect! The listing was exactly what was there, very clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and so close to the beach and access to Hilton Head Island! The bikes were a bonus and we had so much fun biking around town and cruising the beach! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable, the mattress was super comfy, and all linens were new and clean. All amenities advertised were there and easy to access. The host was exceptional, kind, helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience, and we were thrilled with our stay and the condo, the location could not have been better! Our second stay at the Seaside Villas condo complex. (Different units.) Condos are compact but clean, well equipped and very well located. Check-in process is clunky, but hey! Owners were very responsive. Couldn’t have been better. There was an emergency water outage one day and a power outage one night and they kept us up to date on developments. Son and 2-year-old granddaughter joined us for the first three nights. We all managed quite well.

Wonderful stay, awesome location. Just what my wife and I were looking for. Great view of the ocean from the condo. Superb communications from the owner. Literature was awaiting us concerning the area. The bikes provided were great and were used numerous times during our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back someday.

Erin & Nick are the BEST!!! My wife and I stayed three nights on our way to Florida for the winter. Erin & Nick are very attentive to their guests. The accommodations were perfect for me and my wife. So close to the beach, cycling trails and lots of fine dinning establishments are a few blocks away. The unit was very clean and had every thing we needed. Can’t say enough good things about our stay at HHI. Highly recommended… and would stay again in a heartbeat… Thanks for making this such a memorable experience. Jon & Laurie

We enjoyed the ocean, sand, Coligny Plaza, an alligator cruse, dolphin excursion and Hilton Head Ocean museum, riding bikes, Harbour Town and much more. Made many memories.

My husband and I took our daughters (7) and (4) to their first ocean vacation and rented this condo. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. First, the location was 100% perfect for us. Literally steps to the beach, easy access, easy access to showers, Coligny took about 15 mins to walk or 8 mins to ride on the beach. The complex isn’t super fancy but nice enough. Which we appreciated. With young kids sometimes the upper scale places are just uncomfortable. This felt a lot like being at home. On the older side, but very well maintained and clean. The pool was perfect. Having access to bikes and chairs was amazing. We appreciated not having to haul all the extra stuff from Ohio or navigate having to rent stuff. At this price it was truly a diamond of a rental and I recommend it to anyone who has a small young family that wants to enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, my 7-year-old son and I spent 4 nights in this adorable condo. Erin was very welcoming and made sure I knew how to get there, check in and she was always available to answer questions. The place was so cute, very clean and had everything we needed. The building is right on the beach and a short walk to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and we’re planning to come back soon.

Unit is just as listed! We loved being so close to the beach! The condo was perfect for us as a family of 3 - plenty of linens/towels, coffee cups (we loved the blue mugs with lids so much we found them on Amazon and ordered a cream set for our own house!!), and thoughtfully placed shelves/blankets/etc to make it very usable and cozy! We loved our stay and hope to return to this condo again someday!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside villas! The view and distance to the beach was the biggest perk. The room is on the smaller side but it was perfect for my spouse and I. The hosts are very responsive and available. We even walked into a sweet surprise for our anniversary! You won’t regret booking.

Everything listed for the property was accurate. My husband and I stayed with our teenage daughter and her friend. We have stayed in this unit before but with previous property owners. Erin was very responsive to any questions and that was very much appreciated. The condo is beautifully decorated and made our stay homey. It’s convenient to restaurants and shopping and the bikes were an added plus for our girls to enjoy evening rides. Any issue we had was not of the property owner’s fault. The gate was broken due to an electrical strike on the island prior to our arrival and this was communicated. This did lead to people who were not staying at Seaside Villas and taking parking and crowding the entry to the beach. Again, not the owners fault. We were thankful to have a heads up about the gate. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable vacay on HHI near Coligny area.

Loved the location and decor

Great location and everything you need to relax at the beach! The kids and I booked a last minute trip to see family and were very pleased this unit was available. We brought groceries and were able to eat most meals in the room thanks to the cute little kitchen. Neat area to explore and ride bikes. Loved the pool and quick walk to the beach to play. Wonderful hosts who kept in contact to make sure things were smooth. The best part is the view from the balcony. We really enjoyed sitting out there and seeing the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay! Cannot say enough positive things. The check-in process usually stresses me out, but the directions left by Erin were simply perfect. Communication throughout our stay was perfect. Condo was extremely clean, and it looked just like the pictures. Location was everything for our little family of 5. Right on the beach, easy walk, and so close to some great restaurants and shopping. Also enjoyed the beach chairs, toys for the kids, and my wife loved being able to go for a stroll on the bikes! Short drive to many other activities. Already looking at when we can go back! Thank you Nick and Erin for a fabulous family vacation!

We enjoyed our week long vacation at Sea Side Villa 228! It was so nice to have all the things we would need to enjoy the beach and our stay available at our fingertips. The unit was super comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the "little" surprises left for us to welcome us to Hilton Head! We would definitely stay at Nick and Erin"s unit again.

Last minute trip to coast. What a great find. Perfect rental. Great communication. Clean facility. Wonderfully stocked. Communication with owner was superb. Great view. 4 year old twin girls need a close facility. If you have a small family then this is the perfect spot. Do not miss out. We will be back.

We rented the Condo for the week after Christmas thru New Years, the 3rd. The Condo was small, but perfect for my wife and I and our 10 year old son. It was very quiet, with not a lot of people in the complex. The view was perfect of the ocean, remember it is not ocean front, but as close as it can be. The host was great and very accommodating... my recommendation is renting for a couple, or couple with small children.

Great view from the balcony. Short walk to a wonderful beach. Unit is very small but provides basic cooking and sleeping quarters. Kitchen is minimally stocked with cookware and dishes. Furniture is not very comfortable. Owner is very easy to work with.

My husband and I came for a week's vacation. The property was just as described and was the perfect size for the two of us and such a good price. It has a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. We loved the added beach chairs and bikes, that was such a nice add on of the room. Anytime we ever had any questions the owners were very fast at responding. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Hilton Head! Small condo was perfect for two of us. Kitchen had all we needed. Balcony was amazing. It's a beach rental and it meet our needs.

Seaside Villas is a really great location and this particular unit has great views. My wife and I loved spending mornings and evenings on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The fact that bikes are provided is a huge plus, great bike trails around the area. Right next to Coligny Plaza which offers dining and shopping. Not one rain drop all week, a great stay. All instructions were very clear in terms of checking in and out. My only suggestion for the specific unit would be updating the bedding. As for Seaside Villas as a whole, the beach gate lock gave all the residents problems. It became a running joke for all the residents as we all had to help each other get in since it would not work so often despite entering the correct code. It would work sometimes, but not consistently. Also, I did not see any place to collect recycling within the complex which was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend. We had a great week!

Very quiet and peaceful vacation, we loved the condo. So much to do within walking distance and people at the condo were very nice. Beautiful Beach and so many good places to eat that we will need to visit again.

Don't get there at night if you have anxiety like me.....getting into the complex is a bit confusing, you have to get out of the vehicle and find the condo unlock key in a lock box open door get different set of keys bring them back to your vehicle and if your not the only one coming in and there is more then 1 car waiting for gate key there isn't alot of room to park and wait. Maybe have a code to the gate to get in and park then figure out condo. Less keys I feel would make it smoother. Maybe update to a coded door to condo. Condo was fine bedroom is small but understand why. Could be updated a bit to lighter color kinda dark in there. I was nervous at first because it was so dark you could not see the ocean but the next day you could see it! But you couldn't hear it, I guess I thought the condo was facing ocean. Love love all the palm trees, sun deck, swing, beach chairs, bikes, umbrella. Location was great for things to do! We never had an issue with the gate to beach but many people did. Not sure why one side is locked and other side is not to parking lots. Met owners one of the days they were very nice, all in all was a great visit. Oh and absolutely love seeing dogs on the beach, was a highlight for me!!
