My sister-in-law and i stayed to see a concert at Little Ceasars and were delightfully surprised on how close the venue was to this property! Everything was in walking distance. Ford field, tigers stadium, and Little Ceasars., as well as great restaurants and shopping. The property was very secure for our vehicle. And the inside was clean and had everything we needed. Our Hosts were fantastic! Had great communication. We will be saving this location as a FAVORITE for future trips to Detroit.

The location to sporting events and downtown Detroit is unbeatable. The unit is very large and can easily accommodate a family. Pictures are very accurate, overall the unit is very impressive. The issues we experienced are all very solvable, but unfortunately piled up on us: Driveway gate keypad is difficult to reach, in a dark area, and some of the numbers are rubbed off. The keys light up thankfully, but only after you push at least one button. Back door living room light switches are broken, so if you enter as we did at night from the garage you must find your way in the dark. The large kitchen window is missing its shade (broken), anyone from the street can see inside. Master bedroom oval window is lacking shade, sun is bright as hell in the morning. Fire alarm is missing in the kitchen and worse one of the "working" units in a bedroom randomly went off multiple times in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. I assure you there was ZERO smoke anywhere! The garage is awesome, unfortunately we came home in the pouring rain our last evening and the landlord had given our spot to someone else in error. Rather than allowing us to use the empty garage next door, they forced us to park in a tight outdoor spot (said it was a security issue).

This property was close to everything! I was worried about the location, seeing a vacant lot next door on a satalite image, but it isn't vacant anymore and the garage parking was awesome. Also SUPER close to Lions Stadium, Tigers Stadium, Little Caesars Arena, Fox Theatre, and more!

I could not be more happy with our stay! We were in town for the Tiger's game. This place is super nice and a short walk to Comerica Park (as well as Ford Field and the Grand Circus area). Having the gated parking included is a major plus - I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Detroit.

The entry instructions were easy to follow. The house was so clean. We felt safe. Everything was accessible. The property is close to EVERYTHING. We walked to every place we wanted to go to. This place is a gem!

We all had a great time at our short stay in Detroit! Location of this property was perfect for going to the ballgame. We loved the accommodations.

We got to watch fireworks in Comerica Park from the kitchen window! The ball game the following night was such a short walk…perfect! When one door code didn’t work & we contacted the manager…we heard back quickly & the problem resolved! Great place to stay!

I had a great experience can't wait to come again. Place was really clean nice location close to all the outdoor hangout spot and walking distance to many places nearby. Would refer to others.!

Large spacious apartment walking distance to everything downtown. Loved everything about it, I really need a reason to stay here again! Just perfect!!
