Clealiness.

Construction noises were very uncomfortable. We booked the hotel to relax but we were woken up by noises of drilling and other power tools at 7AM in the morning.

It is spacious and there is everything in the room what you may need. I especially appreciate the blinders, so it was completely dark and also silent during the night.

Great overall. nothing to complain about it feels like a high quality one room flat with a lot of attention to details like a compost bin, dish soap provided etc etc...

The only negative aspect of the stay was the check-in ( automated booth with a registration form to fill in). The form is broken and poorly translated. i couldn't figure how to fill it properly and had to call someone on the phone to tip me up ( confirmed that the form is not acting as it should). Because it was at 10 PM, someone had to drive to the building to help me fill the form which took about 30 min in total (driving time included).

Was best experience among my stays in Erlangen. Highly recommneded. Everything was clean as new! No stains on taps, kettle or any kitchen utensils. Bed was as comfortable as my own bed with extra pillows in the closet.

The only thing that I can complain is internet.

Nice new modern fully equipped apartment self check-in guesthouse. Many free parking places in garage. Dishwasher, oven and bigger fridge suitable for longer stay. Air conditioning, also air ventilation and big heater in bathroom. Close to the Framatome/Siemens campus. Quiet neighborhood

Could not check-in with App in mobile phone, so had to self check-in/out on machine. Not possible yet to charge EV despite a lot of chargers in garage, you need special card, so hopefully next time. Louder air ventilation, so better to turn off during night. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbor next to you or on hallway.

Loved the facility and the ambience. The manager there is also very welcoming and helpful.

Good location, easy check in. The owners are very friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed in it.

The bed sheets could be more comfortable. The water flow in the shower was a little too weak
