Everything as expected, easy parking. Shared shower and toiled clean. Would stay again. Hope they can keep the prices affordable.

Maybe the sound proofing could be better. I slept longer in the morning, and was awoken by other guests in the hallway. But that is the same in many hotels.

The mattress was really not comfortable.

The communication with the host was really convenient and everything was made so that we can have a nice stay. Everything was clean and the tram is very close by.

The only negative point is that keyholes didn't seem very reliable (which gives a not so nice feeling). Also, a sign in the entrance or in the corridor could be nice so that we know where is the kitchen for example, and to make the shared areas a little bit more welcoming :)

Modern, new, well equipped facilties, and an extremely clean property, with a very clean modern shared toilet, showers, a kitchen (with a microwave, cooker, dishwasher, utensils, cutlery and crockery) as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. 4-5 rooms (with beds, tv & a desk with sofa/chair) in the property sharing the aforementioned amenities. The room provided a few satchets of basic shower gel, a toothbrush, some toothpaste, and a bath towel. As some have already mentioned, a way of replenishing these for longer stays would be an additional bonus for the property. The location of the property is in a quiet, clean and affluent neighborhood, with a very useful small shop outside, as well as a pizza shop and an upscale restaurant, in addition to a kebab shop about a 3min walk away. The restaurant can hold luggage temporarily for guests (I would suggest travellers check their business hours when they do this), but I found the restaurant owner and staff very pleasant to deal with too. Bus stops are about 3-5mins walk away. The check-in process was quite easy with a lock box outside the property and instructions via booking.com messages on the day of check-in. The clean and well equipped kitchen too I found most useful, and was a pleasant surprise when I checked in. It was apparent from even my very short 2-night stay over a weekend that the shared facilities were regularly being cleaned. The property owner was also very cordial, accomodating, and responsive to messages. In summary, this property was great value for what it offers. I would definitely recommend a stay here, and would stay here again myself!

There was a little confusion from the description of the property when I booked re: the shared toilets and showers, however this has now been updated on booking.com and is now clear and correct. The property owner also eventually compensated me for the confusion. I must admit the shared facilities however I found to be very clean and in great working condition, quite a bit beyond my expectations. I would also suggest that a sign be put on the door of the flat once the building has been entered for ease of finding, and if possible, a lock/key on the door of the property would make guests feel more secure.

Very good location. The place is quiet. Everything in the room looks brand new. The bathroom is shared, but this is clearly mentioned in the presentation of the location on Booking.com, and everything is very clean.
