We had a great time in the house. Everything was perfect in the house and we can go in 5 minutes to the beach, town, supermarket, etc.
Jessica was an excelent host!

Communication with host was wonderful! Beach chairs, toys and cooler were very useful. House was equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and home was very clean. All beds were extremely comfortable.
Only con was air conditioning in upstairs master/queen room off pool lanai, maintaining cool temperature.
Perfect location for our vacation.

House was spotless and well stocked. Location was close to the beach and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate large parties. Owners were excellent communicators

The location was amazing. It was close to everything! There was plenty of space for everyone! The kitchen was stocked! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I loved the up stairs master bedroom and sitting area and the bedroom by the pool was ideal for the adult children who stayed up a little later!
They did not miss a single detail!

We were here for a wedding weekend and this home was in the best spot! Close to everything, but still felt very private. They thought of everything you would need and we very much enjoyed our stay!

We found the perfect home to host us for our daughter's wedding! My husband, 2 daughters(& one boyfriend), my mother, two sisters, one brother-in-law all thought the house was perfect! We were close to the wedding venue, the beautiful beaches and a plethora of shopping/dining. Highly recommend this home. The Owner was readily available for questions and made our stay seamless. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at the Royal Palm Palace was perfection. Tons of comfortable spaces to gather throughout the home and room for the 8 of us to spread out and relax. Super clean home with great amenities. Jessica was terrific to work with on our trip from start to finish. Would highly recommend this home!

The house is newly remodeled and in a very convenient location to lots of services. Only a short distance to the beach, too. Great for families or a large group.

Perfect sized house for our group of 12 family members ranging in age from 3 to 70 years old. Outstanding location being close to major roads but no traffic noise can be heard at the house. Restaurants, the Beach, the Zoo and a giant shopping center are within blocks.Well equipped with plenty of towels, etc (even pool towels). Hosts were very attentive, responsive, and genuinely concerned about our complete comfort. It seems the house was made for entertaining, and our family had a fabulous time. Our family is in total agreement that we should try to get the house again for next year.

We booked this family trip for a birthday celebration. The house was amazing! We loved the pool, the ping pong table, and proximity of the house. The host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family - 6 adults and 6 kids 8 and under. Kids spent almost every waking moment in the pool. Very convenient location near shopping, playground, restaurants. The home was very clean -spacious rooms and bathrooms...all of the conveniences you would need in the kitchen. Great stay! We hope to be back and would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.
The house was great, plenty of space, super clean, kitchen was fully equipped by far, all you could ask for a beach visit was there.
We had a wonderful time in Naples and this house made our stay just unforgettable.
Thanks to Jessica for being such a great host and for giving us all the information in advance.
We stayed for only 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house to celebrate our mothers 80th birthday! Enough room for everyone inside & outside! Hosts were easy to communicate with & accommodating. Location was wonderful! So close to shopping & beach! Highly recommend staying at this house!

This was an outstanding house - exactly as advertised. The house is modern and clean. The beds are all memory foam and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plastic plates and silverware for our 4 toddlers. The appliances were all new and efficient. The owner was easy to reach and kept in touch - we had no problems. There were pool toys and inside games and toys and the outside shower was a big hit with the kids. The location was great - close to parks, the beach, the grocery store and many restaurants. Wonderful house!

The property was immaculate and well stocked. The managers were very responsive to any and all questions. The home is in a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood very close to beach access and downtown. We have been rental home owners for 30 years and we’re treated just as we would have wanted our guests to be treated. We will recommend and return!

Very nice home and the location was perfect. Walkable to grocery store and various food options. Worked perfectly for our party of 5 and would work well for families. The pool was a great bonus. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. The host was very responsive and communication was efficient.

This place is great! 5 full bedrooms and one pull out couch! I wish we would have had more time to spend at the house as we were there working on a project and that kept us busy off site... The place was clean, updated, and there was plenty of space for everyone! 10/10 We will be back!

A lovely new home just 7 minutes away from downtown Naples. 4 ensuite bedrooms each with king size beds is hard to find and was perfect for 4 men on a golf and fishing trip. With the king size beds, you could comfortably accommodate up to eight adults. There is another bedroom with twin beds and a sixth bedroom that acts as an office. Cooks will enjoy the well-appointed kitchen complete with all the common spices and ample number of utensils. The screened-in pool was refreshing after a day on the golf course, and we found that the sun was sufficient to warm the pool. The grill included a complete set of grill utensils, and we enjoyed competing in ping-pong and cornhole competitions. I highly recommend this property and that is high praise from someone who does not provide many of these reviews.

The owner Jessica, was exceptional from pre-checkin through checkout. No question was helpfully answered within minutes. The property was better than we expected (from the VRPO pics and description. That was a first for us. The location was ideal as we had a number of walkers and the neighborhood was quiet and very low traffic, making walks great. The location was very near to the golf courses, shopping and restaurants. We met with friends living in Naples and the confirmed the location was great. It was a five star experience! PS We were a group of 5 couples that have been together for over 50 years.

Really enjoyed birthday celebrations in this home! It was a special family birthday with more than enough room for everyone. Jessica was very communicative, friendly, and gave a lot of attention to detail. I’d recommend this spot for anyone who wants somewhere private with a great pool area!!
