Condo was exactly as listed. Plenty of items to keep us busy on the beach. Would stay again.

We loved the condo-great location and smaller property met our needs. I was most impressed with the customer service before and after the rental period. We had trouble with the TVs, ice maker, beach chairs and kayak. Each problem was addressed and fixed in a very short period of time. The young man, MJ, who came to the condo to remedy the issues was so nice and very competent.

The views were absolutely incredible from inside the unit and on the covered deck! The furnishings and decor were lovely, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, king bed was very comfortable (we didn't use second bedroom). Will definitely look forward to staying here again.

Short version. Well Equipped kitchen, awesome laundry, CLEAN, view was amazing, furniture wonderful, and the bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, fire pit, and available water hose made it special.... Not that it is a negative, but just know, It is a walk up, no elevator, be prepared to climb those steep and narrow stairs. The owner was available to me via text and replied very quickly. Not much area to walk your pups, but I didn't mind the exercise.

We are frequent visitors of Florida's gulf beaches, and this location did not disappoint. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a small issue with the TV but the issue was addressed quickly and without difficulty. The communication with the owners was easy and efficient. The condo living room was so nice to sit and relax and watch the very large TV. The view was the amazing. Access to the beach was easy. It was just myself and my son so the space was great for us.

We loved our stay and we’re very happy with the location to the beach and accommodations. We had everything we needed for the stay and to play even for the kids but the decor and kitchen supplies are definitely geared towards adults. Not a big deal but only thing I would have changed was a few kids items like plastic glasses and maybe a couple games/puzzles. We would definitely visit this property again and loved our stay!

We spent our spring break at Pipers Run 3. The condo was beautiful, spacious, updated and right on the beach. The beds and linens were super comfortable! The storage unit had all the amenities you need for a day on the beach. I was worried this may be too quiet for our boys (16), but they LOVED the location and the low key vibe. Perfect location to easily get to any attractions, restaurants, or shopping. It was paradise, and we are already booking again for next year, it was perfect!

The unit was fabulous and we loved it. Every need was thought of. The beach was perfect and we were close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent all day on the beach and had bonfires at night. Need a sandwich or a beverage refill, just walk inside. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. Well appointed kitchen. This is how beach vacations should be done. Perfection.

Place was amazing, sunsets were spectacular, firepit such a nice treat. Hotbubble bathes, comfy beds. Etc

What an amazing beach bungalow just steps from the ocean. Most beautiful sunset from the porch. The condo had everything you could think of and more. I can’t wait for summer 2023 dates to become available bc we will definitely stay here again.

We were on the beach for a family event so we had 6 ppl there for 3 nights. Wonderful communication by VACASA, though we had zero issues. Loved the covered parking spot for the primary vehicle! We were not aware that there were two flights of stairs to enter the apartment. It did not turn out to be an issue because we had enough strong muscles to carry things up the stairs. Plan accordingly however.Fabulous kitchen! Everything is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. We even used the fireplace minus heat setting for ambiance. All beds have very comfortable mattresses. Master bedrooms are spacious and elegant. Loft accommodates 4 in comfy trundle beds. The shower in the master bedroom has a wonderful water pressure and we really enjoyed that shower.If I had to make one recommendation it is that more trash bags were provided and also that you replace the Keurig coffee machine as it was a little leaky. We were glad that you had a regular coffee pot as an alternative so everything turned out fine.

On arrival the key pad did not work. We were delayed 1.5 hrs. before we got into the condo. I tried the kayak but the seat back was not serviceable., last but not least the Roku TV was maddening, movies would start and then end, other shows said they were free but wanted a signup fee, the owner should consider a user friendly upgrade.

The place was perfect! Beautifully decorated my first Condon rental was very impressed! Hope all future rentals r like this! Beach access was perfect had lots of chairs, umbrellas, water things it was wonderful!

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

This property is very well kept, clean and welcoming. The surrounding shops/areas are close and it was easy to cook dinner there or grab something from one of the local businesses. My one issue was with it being pet friendly but not actually having anywhere to walk our dog. Otherwise, this was perfect - the entire family loved it.

Good location, large condo right on the beach on the 1st floor right above the parking deck (which is very tight). I really appreciated the beautiful detail in the decor, it makes you feel right at home. Excellent appliances, air works well. The showers have strong water pressure. Plenty of towels, beach towels, etc. The closet with all the beach toys is a nice extra. One complaint was Roku TV. There was never anything to watch. Pet friendly (which is why we chose this condo), but no where to actually walk your dog. There are "no dogs" signs everywhere. This condo doesn't have grass, so we had to walk them next door on a tiny patch of grass. Beautiful views from the deck especially the sunsets. The pros definitely outweigh any cons. We enjoyed our week long stay.
