My sister and I brought our 90 year old mother to Florida to visit her sister. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, and comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Condo was clean and spacious. Easy accessible parking onsite. Great for families. Close proximity to shops and restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. Highly recommend and would book with Jeff&Gina again.

We had a great experience at this property! The condo was immaculate, and very spacious!! The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were great! The short walk to the beach was convenient. The pool does not get much sun, but we enjoyed the beach stay!

Our stay was perfect! This property was clean, accommodating, and spacious. We had 9 people ranging from the ages of 3 to 44. The layout of the house made it feel like each family had their own space. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The only downside was that the hot tub wasn’t working which was fine because we were able to find so many other things to occupy our time! You won’t regret staying here!

We had an amazing time. The home was well cleaned. From the moment you enter to the balcony view you can tell the owners pride themselves in comfort and quality. They were more than willing to answer questions, make adjustments and meet our needs.

Spent five days vacationing with friends. This property is very spacious, and was the cleanest, most completely furnished VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. It’s nice to stay someplace e where the furnishings and decor are well maintained and coordinated. Location is excellent for Clearwater beaches and nearby attractions. Kitchen is the most completely appointed (with matching dishware and silverware sets) VRBO ever, in our experience. Would not hesitate to book again.

Easy to check in, plenty of extras in storage closet, the bikes were a fun addition as well. Very beautiful condo with plenty of room. It is a little walk to the beach, but we enjoyed exploring on different ways to walk to the beach.

The property was definitely very beautiful and close to the beach! Minus some minor issues (minor enough not worth mentioning) I would definitely recommend to others.

This property was wonderful! Looks exactly like pictures and had everything we needed and more. It was definitely the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at! Location was perfect!

This was an excellent condo with all the amenities. It was decorated beautifully. The locker with all the beach equipment and paddle boards was an added bonus. It was in easy walking distance to everything.

This Condo was every bit as described. It was very well equipped and supplied. The extended patio. Was more than spacious enough for our group of five adults. Communication with Jeff and the team was excellent. They were quick to follow up and respond. Would recommend. Location was an easy walk to the beach. The bikes were a nice bonus

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, an easy couple of blocks from the beach and walking distance to everything. The condo was very clean, extremely spacious, and included many extras in that we didn't anticipate (fancy coffee makers, lots of cooking and serving things, etc). With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it made our stay so easy. The pool and parking are great too. I can't say enough good things. Will definitely book there again if we're in the area in the future.

Spacious 3 bedroom overlooking the in-shore bay with very easy, short walk to the beach. The owners have done a great job making sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. Walking distance to great places to eat, grab some coffee or sit on the shore-line to enjoy the jumping mullet fish. Only wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed good access to restaurants and beautiful sunsets on the beach. The condo was large with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This is a must have for our group. Thanks for being available to us.

This condo unit was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated!! It was well appointed with everything you need for a restful, stress free vacation. We loved the pool, hot tub, watching dolphins from the balcony, and just laying low enjoying all the amenities in the rental unit. The kitchen has everything you need if you if you want to “eat in” or just a block to several restaurants and beach. Having beach chairs, toys and cart made it so easy to enjoy the beach and beautiful sunsets! Would highly recommend this rental!

This property is beautiful and in a great location. The building is small and was quiet. The pool and hit tub were great. The condo itself is huge and lovely. Plenty of space. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Great for a group or family. 2 minute walk to the beach. We’d stay her again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at this property while in Clearwater! It was extremely clean and accommodating. We had trouble with the key pad upon arriving and again during our stay, but management was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Sun west palm was spacious and comfortable for a family get together. Each member had their own space and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and there was seating enough at the table as well in the living room area. The use of the elevator was convenient for my 88 year old mother to visit, however the loudness of the elevator being next to the second bedroom was a downfall for whoever slept there. Also the dryer was very loud and ran a long time despite having the repairman come. The location was great with only 3 blocks to the beach and the swimming pool was very nice.

The condo had everything we needed for a family of 6 with 4 young kids! It was a nice home away from home. The high chair, beach/pool toys also made it really nice and easy for us! Short walk from the beach. Everything was clean and beautiful! We will definitely be back!!

We have been to Clearwater three times now over the last ten years. Beautiful area. Loved the condo. Very nice and just as pictured. Location is perfect as you are moments away from beach, restaurants, and shops. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we would need. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Every bedroom had a charging station which was very useful. All bedrooms also included ceiling fans, extra blankets and pillows (with many to spare). All 3 bathrooms were very clean with beautiful white towels. We made meals every night and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beach chairs, bikes, and paddle boards were available for use. A gorgeous beach is a less than 5 minute walk. A pool and hot tub is available. The only issue with the pool is it doesn`t get much sun, but we loved the beach so that wasn`t an issue for us. Everything is very safe. We will definitely be back next year to rent the same condo.
