Great condo, great location, great view, great property manager!

When we got to the rental property, it was beautiful. It felt updated from the neighborhood we stayed in. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool right outside of our rental. The property manager was very attentive and was able to help as soon as we needed it. We would recommend.

My husband and I have traveled all over the world and this location is in the top 2! The place was extremely clean, beaches was steps away. Will be back again!

Nice beach front condo. Cool modern vibe with easy access to beach and pool. The neighborhood behind the condo isn’t amazing, but we felt safe. You are very close to the airport, but we didn’t hear planes that often.

Beautiful condo on the beach. Property Manager Gordon met us there on arrival and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately our stay was complicated by COVID but Gordon and leasing agent Jill were extremely helpful in extending our stay and even finding another place to stay as this condo was booked. Couldn’t have been more pleased with how helpful both Gordon and Jill have been

Great experience again...4th time at Las Arenas and it has always been excellent. We think it is the best location and property on the island.

My husband and I spent 10 days in this beautiful condo. We absolutely loved everything about it. The condo itself is amazing, comfortable and provided all the modern amenities you could ever want or need. We liked the ground floor layout and proximity to the infinity pool and the beach. The views of Simpson Bay from our patio where fabulous. We would defiantly stay here again, we had an amazing vacation.

My husband and I spent six days at Le Bleu in Simpson Bay. We had originally tried booking a stay at another property on Simpson Beach but there was no availability. Lucky for us - the dates we wanted to travel were available at Le Bleu. The condo is fabulous. We were looking for a one bedroom condo on the beach and this one fit the bill. You are about 10 steps from the beautiful pool and about 20 steps from the beach. The décor is lovely and the condo has all the amenities one could want. I especially appreciated having a washer and dryer to use - we were able to pack one suitcase for the two of us. It was great having a reserved parking spot for the stay - we never had to wonder if there would be a place to park when we returned back at night. Gordon , the property manager, will meet you shortly after you arrive and get you acquainted with Le Bleu. He was a great help , with many recommendations for dining, shopping, etc. You have the use of an island cell phone and he is only a phone call away if you need anything. The condo is close to the airport. We love watching the planes come and go , so that is an added plus for us. The pictures of the condo on the web are spot on. We loved having morning coffee on the patio and watching the ships in the bay. The Las Arenas complex is quiet and secure. You can walk down the beach and find a restaurant and a fun beach bar. We walked into town several mornings and had breakfast at the Café Atlantico , a small French bakery that you should not miss. We would definitely come back to Le Bleu again. I can't think of one criticism of the condo. This is a wonderful condo for a couple - you won't be disappointed!

My new wife and I spent our honeymoon vacationing in St. Maarten and loved the Emerald on Simpson Beach. It is located on one of the best beaches on the island. The condo is in a great place close to the famous airport, best beaches, and great restaurants. Would definitely use this condo if we decide to return to the island!

My husband and I have stayed in Las Arenas condos a total of four times in the past two years, once in this particular condo under the previous owners. We loved then that this condo is one bedroom and loved the ease of just walking out to the pool and beach areas. Well, the new owners have done a fabulous job of refurbishing and making Le Bleu gorgeous and very, very comfortable! The decorating is beautiful, the added amenities are awesome and the bed is to die for! We had the pleasure of meeting the new owners when we were down last year and they were just starting their renovations to Le Bleu. Nice people! Beautiful place! We'll be back!

My wife and I have stayed at several VRBO condos in St Maarten and Le Bleu was one of the best yet. The new renovation was pleasant,open and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and decently appointed. We do a fair amount of cooking and perhaps the condo could have been appointed with higher quality cookware. The walkout patio to the pool area was very convenient for pool and beach access. The view was amazing with a nice breeze always present. (beach chairs would be a welcome addition). Internet worked well and the on island cell phone was great. There was an audio miss with no stereo, radio or i-pod/mp3 dock, but the sound of the waves always enjoyed. The central location on the beach was great with nice covered parking. We would highly recommend this condo

We searched VRBO.com to find this lovely place. Made contact with rental company, they answered all our questions, made it a very personal transaction. They were responsive with email, giving phone # for contact info as well. The pictures were exactly what we saw when we arrived. Gorgeous!!!! We stayed for a week, could have stayed forever, met several other couples staying in the complex. One couple mentioned they had tried to reserve Le Bleu for the same week we had it, but had already reserved it for next year! It was a perfect place for our 1st visit to St Maarten. We were very comfortable, safe and relaxed as Le Bleu had all the amenities we needed. The gated parking area was very nice. The security personnel were very friendly. It is the perfect place to stay, hopefully we will return soon. I would HIGHLY recommend Le Bleu to anyone!

What can we say? It was just beautiful. The owners have done a lovely job renovating this condo. Everything is state of the art. The bathrooms have the most up to date fixtures and the king size bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept on. It is convenient to the pool and the beach. Right out the sliding doors everything is there. We spent a lot of time sitting by the pool. The only thing that I would suggest, is more comfortable chairs outside on the terrace. It is not a complaint...but a suggestion. We enjoyed our stay at this condo, and in St. Martaan. Also, thanks to Gordon for being so helpful.

We were  the first guests after the owners completed an extensive top to bottom renovation. Expecting a rather generic looking (by the pictures) and typical 'island condo', we were quite surprised upon arrival and seeing the stunning, very modern, tasteful and comfortable condo. Very well done! The place is understated elegance; From the upscale art and accessories and beautiful furniture including a very comfortable memory foam bed, plenty of storage/closet space as well as a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, large TV's in BR and LR. The location is wonderful as well - in the center wing of the ultra modern Las Arenas building on the ground floor directly behind the infinity pool and Simpson Bay beach. An L shaped patio or lanai with it's own chaise loungers and outdoor dining table and chairs completes the package. It was very nice to be able to go from the ocean to the pool to the condo all within about 100 feet and all on the same level - a great convenience to just duck in for a beer, snack or to use the bathroom without having to use the stairs or elevator. What a view! From inside the LR or BR with their wide open sliders, as well as sitting outside on the patio - smack in the middle of Simpson Bay Beach with all the mega yachts and cruise ships sailing by and great beach bars and restaurants a short walk up the beach - Karakter, a cool, funky beach bar/restaurant right in the sand, is about a 1/4 mile walk and a do not miss! Las Arenas is very secure and extremely well maintained and managed.
