With older teens, our family cherished this comfortable house. Our family had endless fun with the pool table, cozy round table, tons of games available, and access to X-box games.

We like the house and how organized they are labling things and their decorations. Everything was good!

We enjoyed our stay in this Newhall family home. We had three adults, one who was elderly stay for 3 days. Everyone was comfortable in this one story home. We especially appreciated the recliners in the living room. We had coffee in the morning on the outside patio. The home is comfortable and would be a good place for kids too. The house was clean and everything was in working order. It was a good location not far off the freeway and close to a grocery store. Overall a good spot for a family that doesn’t break the bank.

George and Sarah were amazing hosts. 5 out 5 stars for sure. Definitely recommend! The house was super comfy and inviting. Our entire group loved the house.

This was a great home away from home while our family visited Six Flags Magic Mountain. We had five teenagers with us and the pool table kept them busy along with the space outside. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a blast! We highly recommend this home as the host was very kind and responsive. Will plan to return in the future! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Pros- Close to freeway, clean!!!, open spacious floor plan, washer/dryer, full kitchen, pool table, rooms for all the kids, easy access to the 5 freeway! Felt safe! Close to grocery store and lots to do plus restaurants in Valencia. Good communication with the owners. Lots of board games and video games. Very family friendly!
Cons- some wear and tear, but still nice. Crowded neighborhood, but typical for California.
This home really had everything we needed and more. We did our laundry, played pool, had breakfast, and baked a pizza in the evening. My teen and adult kids and grandbaby were able to spread out and have space for down time. We had easy access to the freeway to visit Hollywood, Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Pasadena. Recommend this over a hotel!

Perfect place for family to stay while visiting magic mountain. Property was easy to find, close to several amenities and the pool table was a big plus for fun. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect spot for our trip! We went to 6 flags which is so close! We got rained out our second day, but we had so much fun playing pool and all the games they had and the kitchen was stocked so well and there is a grocery store right around the corner so it was perfect! We will definitely be back!!

They had everything marked and accessible for easy use. Had all the specific needs available. Furniture and beds were all nice as well.

We stayed for three days and really enjoyed the cleanliness and overall cozy feeling of this home. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back to stay again soon .

The listing was very accurate. It felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy. The layout was perfect. The weather was horrible. So we stayed indoors and the house was perfect. The adults and kids were entertained, despite us having to cancel theme parks. The host was great. It was and easy to check-in and out. Parking was convenient and clearly labeled.
