Overall the house is very nice. We did notice a few things the cleaning crew missed (food crumbs on the dining table, floors needed better cleaning) but it wasn't enough to complain to management company about but we did notice it. We booked last minute due to Hurricane Beryl cancelling our Cozumel trip so we were super lucky to find accommodations. We enjoyed our time there, the house is close to the beach and not too far from all the action in Galveston. We did end up having to leave early because Beryl followed us to Galveston and we were credited the last night since we had to leave early! Overall I would recommend this house and the management company.

The property was great. The hot tub was amazing and there was everything needed and then some.

Overall, our stay was great, except for the hot tub issue… which was never resolved in the 4 days we rented. The hot tub was only filled 25% when we arrived, and then, it never turned on. This was reported to property manager but it was not resolved. The hot tub should have been filled, covered, and working properly before we checked in. Also, the hot water heater wasn’t working either in the beginning. Luckily, one of our guests was a HVAC guy, and he got that issue fixed. We would have enjoyed our stay more had we been able to use the hot tub. Renters Beware!

The Home is in a great Location, Very Well Maintained, Beautifully decorated, Loved the Box Fans available in each room, great for sleeping. We Really Enjoyed the Hot Tub, it was Sparkling Clean & Enough room for all 6 of us Ladies to Relax in. Would Rent this Home again.

It was great and the house was great, very accommodating and the master bed and bath are off the hook

We had 9 people and stayed 4 nights, all listed on the reservation. The house wasn’t very clean at all. The table had crumbs and debri in all the crevices, coffee grounds left in coffee pot, all pans had food stuck onto it. The smoke detector beeped the first night and there was no replacement battery in the house so we took it down. We didn’t have enough trash bags and soap for washing dishes or running the dishwasher. The dishwasher was broken in places and was difficult to pull out and close. The dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes and we had to hang them up to dry. The hot tub had a significant amount of sand in it. The towels were so bad we actually went out and bought our own bath towels. The towels were so small and rough, I wouldn’t use them to dry my car. We had two trash bags provided for the four night stay. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms (except for an empty one we added water to). There was absolutely no cleaning supplies in the house to clean counters or messes. We called the management office after the first night to address the issues and see if we could get a few more supplies, they called back a couple hours later and they said they would and I thought they were going to bring more supplies but then we never heard back. The house was a good house but it’s not managed well. Also, they have extra pillows in the bedrooms but no additional pillow cases.

The house was big and there was lots of room to spread out! Loved the outdoor porch areas; that was our favorite place to chill and have coffee or evening drinks. The only drawback was that the house could’ve used a good sweeping/mopping prior to us arriving as there was lots of sand throughout. It didn’t prevent us from having a good time, though. We had an awesome holiday weekend.

This beach house was very spacious and just a little drive of 20 minutes from all the Galveston attractions. Will definitely be coming back in the future!
