When I went to check in, the night manager refused to give me a room unless I paid him $650 pesos, even though the room had been paid for through Expedia. I showed the night manager the email confirming the booking, but he refused to even look up my name in the hotel reception computer. He kept asking me for my hotel room number. I gave him the Expedia itinerary number, but he kept demanding the room amount and would not budge. I had to leave and find another hotel in the area to stay. Never in the 50 years of travelling the world have I been treated like this. The night manager refused to get his supervisor for me to speak with or offer any help what so ever. Glad I was able to get a room in the Best Western.

This hotel is rated excellent but it is old and the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired.

First room I was given was really dirty. No threshold on the door so just imagine who was in the room. Complained and got a cleaner room. Tried to bill me both on checking and checkout when Id paid online.
