Nice clean room, amazing view

Bathroom was not suitable for the price we paid. Water had no pressure, we couldn’t use the hand soap, no light at the shower area, toilet wouldn’t flush properly. No tea or any coffee for the kettle offered in the room

Pensiunea este situată central intr-o locație liniștită. Camera a fost foarte curată și foarte călduroasă cu un balcon mare. Personalul foarte amabil și prietenos iar micul dejun a fost foarte bun.

The villa is positioned in a convenient location, close to the main attraction points, the staff is very welcoming and kind, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the breakfast is delicious with a good variety of food.

The bathroom in our room would need some improvement. I will not go into details, just an overall impression.

The view on the location was nice

On arrival we were told that the check in closed at 9 p.m. We were not notified of the rule in advance There was no pressure on the basin tap, water drops no running water. We notified the house keeping but no answer was given and no remedies done. Once checked out the hotel took an additional £8.99 from my card without any explanation for what this charge was about. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. I hope they can rectify the issues with better communication in future!
