Brilliant location for trips out to the islands. Good wifi.

Need a phone, I am an old lady without one. I had to seek help for all communications with arrival details, then take photos of all the whats app stuff. Email would have been so much kinder for me. Very techy - I was incapable of making the tv work, took 2 days before i could work the electric hob, and left a note saying I think microwave broken. Instructions would have been tremendously helpful.

Location and view was great. The host was pleasant and helpful. The property was spacious and comfortable and included access to the roof top pool.

The wifi was unstable and the linen didn’t fit the bed properly.

Everything was awesome. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean.

Noise from the street. Motorbike sound was loud and very disturbing

Loved the location and staff at reception desk and door to the Mercure Hotel were lovely. Check in was simple and a undercover car space provided on request. Room was comfortable and spacious. Bed comfortable. Great value.

I found the bed linen didn’t fit the bed properly, and it would have been nice to have a hand towel for the bathroom. Glasses also would have been. But really not that important. We were happy with the place and if we return to Kk would probably book it again.

the location very strategic, the balcony can see the jesselton jetty point and also the island nearby. panoramic view at night. worth every penny

the only thing i dont like is the condo a bit dusty when i arrived, the balcony also sandy.
