The neighborhood is quiet

The place is dirty! There're cockroaches, some other bugs coming from drains in the bath and kitchen. Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom ceiling and exhaust fan look like they were not cleaned since 1990s. Don't even think about doing laundry and taking shower at the same time. I'm traumatized for life from the creatures I've seen coming from the drain. I had to clean the washing machine before doing laundry(there were dirt, pet hair, and ROACHES). There're cobwebs on the mugs in the kitchen, and on the light fixture above kitchen sink. The floors were broom clean, but they were not washed. The AC cannot keep up with the summer heat, it's awfully hot anywhere in the house except in front of the AC unit. The couch is not as pictured, as well as table with chairs. There's a desk, but not a single chair in the house in case you need to work. I ended up working on a bar stool. The fridge was off when I arrived and there was at least an inch of water in the freezer. Who knows how long it's been there. I can keep going, but better save yourself from traumatic experience and skip this place.

It’s nice to have a little house instead of a hotel room. It was clean. The bedrooms were nice and cold to sleep

It was 103 outside and there is no adequate way to cool the main part of the house in the summer. They have 3 small window a/c units, one in each bedroom that make them nice and cool - but one for the rest of the house that never makes it comfortable. In the summer afternoon we could not be there. The beds are not comfortable. It’s fine that they are twin beds but not great mattresses or bedding (sheets were pulled from wear and washing) they have cheap toddler bed looking frames and one was broken so we couldn’t use it.Neighbor in the red house behind us would boom bass and loud music late at night.

I loved this little house! It was clean, comfortable, safe. It was the best experience ever! I will definitely book again when I come back this summer. Thank you for the best experience ever. Beds where comfortable. I loved being able to cook and not having to eat out. I loved that it was close to everything & my kids where able to spend time with us while we where in town. I was able to extend my stay 3 times with no problems.
