Great views and a very fun place to stay. Easy communication with property manager. Only issue is late check in time at 1600 but they did allow me early check in after I requested.

Property was very nice. Appeared recently updated (within the past year). Property was clean and location made you feel safe. Communication with the Host was good - fairly quick and able to answer all questions. Had all amenities one could need on vaca, including pots, pans, plates, glasses, cookware, cooking seasoning, food storage wraps and bags - very nice touch. Very nice view of Mission Bay and direct access to beach. Short walk to the ocean across the street and other local places to grab food. To note, the bedroom with the attached bath has 2 double beds, not the master or queen bedroom as it appears in the pics. Overall, had a very relaxing time!

The house is light, airy and breezy. Great views and a front seat for fireworks. Being across the path to the sand is a huge plus as well. Having a kitchen with all the necessary items to cook with was impressive. Lots of places don’t have everything like this one did. One of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed in! I’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking a spot in the area.

I’ve stayed in a few properties down in San Diego and this property is by far the best I’ve stayed in! Very secluded with a beautiful view of the bay. My best friend and I stayed here about 2 weeks ago and we’re still talking about how amazing those beds are!! Best beds ever! Will definitely be booking here again.

Good. No portacrib as promised. Vacasa very very unhelpful until local agent. Wouldnt allow one extra guest for Thanksgiving dinner.

During summer parking is the worst part of going to the beach. This property has 1 dedicated parking spot which is awesome and - bonus - is ideally located next to 2 big public parking lots. That was a huge win for our family. The beds are quite comfy and the kitchen well stocked. Beach volleyball court right out front and they even left us wood to use in the fire ring. Nice touch! Don’t hesitate, this rental is a winner.

The property is located at the end of the boardwalk on Mission Bay which puts it right next to the park, the ocean and the bay. Everything about it is great. The rooms are very large. The balcony overlooks the bay. The outdoor seating area has a large table so we were able to all eat together. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The best property we've rented in the area so far.

We have stayed in this home many times over the years since it was remodeled. We love the location. It could definitely use a once over though, some of the items that were broken last year are still broken this year.

The location was beautiful with Mission Bay directly in front and the ocean directly in back. The parking spot at the unit was a bonus, and there was FREE parking across the way in the lot (not accessible 10pm - 7am though). There are many restaurants within walking distance, the walking paths are perfect for walking, scooters, bikes. Being dog friendly was a huge plus. The condo itself was clean; however it was definitely a little “tired.” The ice maker did not work, one shower drain was clogged and would not drain properly, the railing on the balcony is unstable and not safe especially if a small child pushed up against it. It seems to be held only by the glass. While the location is great, be aware it’s one way in and one way out on the peninsula. Spring break was a bit crowded…no fault of the condo though. It is also in the flight path, so you will be awakened in the morning by large planes that takeoff every few minutes. At least airport quiet hours are 11pm-7am. The beds were comfy, a bit more on the softer side, but we all liked them. I cannot comment on Vacasa since we did not need anything; however the emails and texts I received seemed sufficient. Overall, it was a great stay for us but there are so many wonderful places in SD, I’d probably try another location next time.

Had a great time at this property. The location is perfect for families with kids. The bay is right out the door and calm and clean. Not as crowded as the ocean side. We really enjoyed our stay. I do think that the property is not as nice as the listings which is typical for real estate photos I guess. The floors aren’t in great condition there is a rug that probably needs cleaned and the extra blankets were dirty. But that is being somewhat picky but the price point on this rental IS premium. Also I hate having to take the trash out and load the dishwasher etc. while also paying a cleaning fee. We would stay again though. Loved the location.

We were so thrilled with our accommodations in San Diego. Not only was the house perfectly situated in the bay, the layout and furnishings were perfect for what we needed. My husband and I (from Minnesota) slept with the windows open while our California kids froze! hahaha This trip was two years in the planning due to Covid. I especially appreciated the staff's willingness to work with us on rescheduling multiple times, and allowing for early check in when our flight arrived. Thank you for helping us create a memorable vacation!

This was our third stay at Mission bay this year but first time with 710 Beach rentals. The management was easy to reach and responded to emails promptly, they are well organized and professionals. The property was well equipped and have amazing views. Hope to visit again.

What an amazing place, a terrific location, and just what our family needed for a great vacation! The place was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was just right for cooking meals, and the bbq on the deck overlooking the bay was perfect for our family meals. We stayed over Thanksgiving and our whole family was grateful for this wonderful space.

Great location, great views, great time.

Great location overlooking the water, with a playground next door for the kiddos. Spacious, with plenty of seating for family if they visit, as ours did. Clean, bright and very comfortable. The only drawback is the very narrow lane, with an inability to get into the carport when other vehicles were in the alley. We'd definitely stay there again.

We came to San Diego for a family vacation with my niece and nephew, who are both under 3 years old. This was a great house to stay in with kids. The oceanfront view and bay side of the beach was the perfect location for a getaway with the family. The water on the bayside is calmer so we found that more families were on the bayside instead of the beachside. The house also came with plenty of beach supplies and beach toys which were perfect for the kiddos. The outdoor space and open views made it feel like we were doing something even if we were just relaxing at the house. We will stay here again next time we are in San Diego!
