This property is fantastic. New and up to date. Great views. Love the location where it’s close to restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not be right in the middle of it or noisy. We will rent here again for sure!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities needed for our family to feel right at home, great location, amazing view of the ocean from the 2 balconies, easy access to the beach.

This property is amazing. Just as described in the description. Clean and ready to stay in. Sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean is great. Right next to the boardwalk. Take something to ride and you can go for miles.
Garage is a smaller 2 car garage. We had a Jeep Wagoneer that fit, but we had to park on an angle to get it all the way in. No big deal for us. But keep in mind if you have a larger vehicle.
Overall great loacation. We will stay here again!

Perfect location right on the beach / oceanfront walk. Place was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view. Perfect for our family of 6. Highly recommend. Note, to get in you have to climb several flights of stairs. Just be aware if you have trouble with stairs.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay on Mission beach between Christmas and New Years. We made a great decision with this rental - it lived up to listing 💯. The view was AMAZING from both the living room and master bedroom. Watching the sunset from the comfort of our balcony was perfect. We got an upgrade on our rental and we were stressing over parking in the garage - but having access to the double garage came in clutch. With the weather north of us making the ocean very angry in the morning - we were very happy we made the decision to rent the top unit - it was worth the flights if stairs! Don’t hesitate, rent this - you won’t regret it

We rented this home for our family of four. It was a beautiful property. Very clean and appeared recently updated. Beds were very comfortable. Amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. Really appreciated having use of beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Even though you are right on the boardwalk, it was very quiet. The host was super responsive to questions. I would definitely return and recommend anyone else looking to visit the San Diego area to check this place out!

There were 8 of us, and we loved the condo. The only problem was our 15-passenger van was too large for the garage, but that's no reflection on the condo. There was something foreign in the shampoo in the Jack & Jill bathroom that caused pain, a red eye, and discharge for an entire day for one of us. In the same bathroom, there was shampoo in the conditioner bottle. Obviously someone had been altering products. We reported it but heard nothing back.

This beach penthouse is outstanding! Our party of 7 had the best time watching the sunset everyday, walking the few feet to the sand and ocean and enjoying the California vibe from the people passing by. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and quiet. We surely will stay here again in the future.

They had plenty of items to use like soap, pots n pans n cups etc. the neighbors were friendly. The beds were comfy.

Perfect location, great views, super stocked kitchen, lively appliances, spotless, great use of space, large refrigerator, plenty of linens and beach towels. I think you thought of everything!!

Very pleased with the location and the accuracy of the description of the property. Two car garage is a squeeze but you expect this in general and I think it was in the description. We were successful at engineering a Toyota four runner and a Camry in the garage. Place to wash feet before the stairs was nice to keep most of the sand off people's feet. Kitchen was great for cooking, used the BBQ on the patio, and lots of walkable restaurants and bars.

This is a beautiful and cleverly designed penthouse unit. Depending on how you open the interior doors, you can have three lovely bedrooms with en-suite baths plus an extra bedroom. We enjoyed the unlimited, third floor sunset views every night and the well equipped, modern kitchen as well.

We loved the house! It was clean, beds were very comfortable and it had a well stocked kitchen. It is nicely decorated. It was so nice to see beach toys, boards and chairs to use in the garage. We couldn’t have been happier.

This third floor condo is very well appointed with top appliances, beds and accessories and is in a great location. The deck overlooks the beach. The garage is a real benefit. The only negative is hauling suitcases and groceries up to the third floor on a narrow stairway. There is an elevator, but, for some reason, it is not available to renters. That would make it a lot more convenient. 710 Beach rentals was great. Very professional and responsive.

The house was beautiful! It was right on the ocean and boardwalk. We could easily walk or bike to restaurants, shops in the grocery store. We will definitely stay here again!

Property was in a good location, but not fit for 6 adults. Smaller than it looks, especially the two back rooms. Major chef stove did not work, even after being fixed - gas leaking. Back bedroom to the right had urine smell in the baseboard. Nowhere to put clothes in drawers in two rooms. Daybed uncomfortable - not a sleeping bed..Large knobs that gave me bruises because no space in room. Need shelves in main bathroom. Ice machine did not work . Looks good and is a nice property, but needs work to be up to par. Not planning on returning. Disappointed.

The property manager sent us the check-in info early, So that was a great start! The view was jaw dropping especially when barbecuing and cooking. It's a nice quite spot on the board walk compared to other areas. Everything was squeaky clean. Lots of kitchen cooking accessory's. A.C. was clutch. Washer and dryer helped us a ton. Overall I'll be staying here again. Good Job to everyone! Thank You!

Everything was great. Having a garage was so convenient and perfect for storing the beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas at night. The location on the beach was ideal as we had restaurants in walking distance both up and down the boardwalk. We would certainly stay here again.

Great condo in a perfect Mission Beach location. It was well stocked with beach towels, chairs and umbrella and paper products, including coffee filters. The support team did an excellent job of communicating entry instructions, check-out instructions, and notifying us when the condo was clean and ready for us, and letting us know they were there for us if we had questions or problems. Really enjoyed the large ocean front patios. Great vacation.

We brought my parents and 2 adult children to the property. So nice and clean! My parents are in their 80 , so deck was perfect. Ceiling to floor windows in master. One thing to note. Bench in master shower. No bars. No elevator. My folks did great, but just in case you need ADA.
2 parking spots in garage AWESOME!!!!
I have to say that way a highlight. Parking can be a stress!
