My family and I were very excited about this property but ended up being pretty upset once staying there. When we arrived we noticed the internet was not working, which then meant no tv. The host was not helpful with getting this issue fixed and my husband had to call charter multiple times to get them out. Charter said our host knew about this issue going on for a few days before we checked in. It ended up getting resolved 24 hours later. The house itself was crammed. The pictures were very misleading. The room in the basement was SO cold and there was a little floor heater that was broken. The fireplace was fixed open therefore the cold air was constantly coming in. It was basically a bunch of wasted space as no one was able to hang out downstairs or take a shower because the area was freezing. You are not allowed to flush toilet paper in any toilets which should have been listed in the summary of the house. The beds were HORRIBLE and so uncomfortable everyone woke up sore! No access to laundry as they locked up the washer and dryer (snow=wet clothes). Dryer access would be nice. The parking was a circle roundabout which we ended up having to share with the other Vrbo house next door (which was not listed). We had to coordinate with the other house when someone wanted to leave. Overall we were very dissatisfied.

We enjoyed the location and all the space to spread out and enjoy some quality family time. Check in process was simple. We will be back.
