Stained sheets, bathroom tubs are not like pictures (cracked and moldy). Place needs a deep clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and inviting. Every possible amenity was included. The kitchen had everything needed for entertaining. The two patios were a bonus!

This condo is in a nice location, was easy to find, and met all our basic needs. However, the living room seating and arrangement is inadequate and uncomfortable to watch television for more than 3 people. The electrical seems inadequate as well. The condo sleeps 6 and there are 2 bathrooms. But, using 2 hairdryers at the same time pops the circuit breaker. There are no electrical outlets by the bed upstairs and outlets are generally difficult to access. Check-in was very good. However, the key drop for check-out was hard to find. There is parking in the building. The parking spaces are very tight.

Great place to stay, close to the Top Gun house so thats cool

We've stayed at several North Coast Village units and this has been our favorite by far. It was spacious, tastefully decorated, clean, and well stocked for all our cooking and beach lounging needs.

This was a gem. Locations and access to beach easy. View was spectacular. Amenities also a plus with the Keurig and resting space. Only bummer is the fuse blew too man at times running a standard blow dryer. Had to have a person standing by the box to flip as it shut down multiple times from each bathroom. Didn’t cause me an issue, but wife and daughter delayed their preparations A bit Otherwise, great.

Loved this unit!! Clean, spacious, and great views from the decks. We also loved that there is plenty of beach equipment like boogie boards, chairs, coolers, and more! Only thing we didn’t have was ping pong paddles/balls for use of the tables in the public area, but there was plenty of other things to do so not a big deal. We would absolutely stay here again.

We just stayed here with our family of 4. The location is perfect and an easy walk to shops and restaurants in the harbor. The grounds are stunning. Easy walk to the beach. This unit provided everything needed for an unforgettable vacation. Highly recommend 👌

Overall this condo was great and suited our family very well. We would definitely stay here again. It was a nice surprise to find plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach bags already stocked in the condo so we didn't have to purchase or bring our own. My only advice, I would recommend figuring out the head clearance for the parking garage. We were driving an F-250 truck, and just barely cleared the buildings header by 1/2", yikes, that was a bit stressful! The beach is clean and within a few steps from the resort. Overall, great place!

The location was great. The view was so pretty. We went to sleep listening to the ocean. Walked along the beach both days. Property manager was great to deal with. The property was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Parking was easy. We’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Very pleasant.

For this, my second stay at North Coast Village, we rented the penthouse type of condo. My husband joined us, and we slept in the second floor bedroom. My friend’s daughter joined us, and they slept in the first floor bedroom. We all slept at the same time, and the condo was very quiet and conducive to sleeping. We had all the comforts of home from the fully stocked kitchen to closets with hangers ;-) and bathrooms with soap, shampoo, blow dryer. The balcony views were lovely, of the ocean and pool. NCV takes great care of this (older) property’s common areas, including a well-stocked gym with weights, strength & cardio machines. NCV is in easy walking distance to the beach, the pier, and several restaurants, a coffee shop, & shopping. There’s easy access to the trash & recycling, parking, & even a laundry facility where you can use an app or credit card to wash/dry clothes. Excellent condo in a gorgeous resort!

The apartment is well located with views of the ocean from both balconies. Overall it was clean, quiet and met all our needs. Brenda the property manager is very helpful and responsive. Being English we wanted a kettle to be able to make tea and she provided one within 24 hours. NCV is in a great location between the pier and the harbour. It has excellent facilities with a communal grill, pool, spa, gym, table tennis and pool tables. There is a garden at the front from which you can watch the sunset each evening. We took chairs and drinks down and it was very special. Highly recommend this complex. D305 is very comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen is spacious and has a large fridge and dishwasher. There are plenty of essentials for cooking such as herbs & spices and we certainly contributed more to the larder. Plenty of kitchen roll, aluminium and cling film. We were fine but a larger group may struggle with the number of glasses, plates and cutlery. There were plenty of towels and bedding and the laundromat is very simple to use with a card you get at reception. We really appreciated the pool cues and balls and enjoyed playing in the early evenings. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The location close to the beach and the views of the ocean can't be beat for the price. Their military discount was greatly appreciated! The condo was clean with everything we needed except fans. Unfortunately we came during a heat wave and there were no fans in the condo (we were warned beforehand that they were missing) so it made for a uncomfortably hot time in the condo. Also, be warned that the master bed is very hard. Some may like that but we did not. The pool and the grounds were wonderful. Everything we needed for some beach time was available for our use, including beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, boogie boards and towels. Overall, we enjoyed our time but highly recommend making sure there are working fans before you come.

Place is as advertised! Lots of little amenities within the condo (like paper plates, disposable cups, spices) and for the beach (cooler bags, sand mats, wagon). So nice to have these extras. Only suggestion would be to add a beach chair or two! Great view of the ocean. Would recommend and stay again!

This Vrbo is a fantastic place to stay with a family. On this particular stay, I needed a place large enough for my husband and I as well as my son, daughter-in-law and their two children. The upstairs bedroom is very spacious with a very comfortable king size bed. The master bath has two sinks which was perfect for getting ready in the morning. There is plenty of room for hanging your clothing and places to stow your gear. We slept with the balcony door open at night which allowed the room to cool off perfectly. We also used the ceiling fan as I love to pile under the covers but I do not like getting too hot. I do not normally sleep well but I slept great… between the air flow and the sound of the ocean it was wonderful! Down stairs the living room was a very good size for 6 people and the kitchen is wonderfully appointed. The entire house is very well appointed for that matter. Since the downstairs bedroom has a queen and a full, the kids slept in the full and their parents in the queen. It was so much better then renting two places and at night once we retired to our room, they had the downstairs to themselves. There is a very good view of both the grounds and of the ocean for the downstairs balcony off the living room. The resort is very well maintained. Even the parking garage floors are washed daily! We had a large mini-van so parking next to a pole in the garage was not fun but my husband had no problems with it. An inexperienced driver in a larger vehicle may have problems with the side view mirrors getting past the pole. The only thing I wish I had know ahead of time is that there is a feeder for the coi fish that takes quarters. My grandson loved feeding the fish. I wish I had not emptied the change out of my purse before our flight.  Unfortunately we were not here to enjoy a beach vacation or the property as much as we would have liked to have done. We were only in town for a short trip Thursday night through Sunday morning as the kids needed to get back to school. We rented this unit for three reasons, it is beautiful, it had a good layout for 4 adults and 2 children and location, location location… but in an odd sort of way… while the ocean was a huge bonus and the sunsets were spectacular (go out onto the beach), we needed to be near Camp Pendleton (South). My younger son was retiring from the US Marine Corps. This was the perfect place to stay and is also close to the Main Gate. Great Place!

This condo is located next to a lot of places and right on the beach! You can walk to many places!

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and pool. Beach chairs, sand toys and even a wagon were provided in this listing. Size was perfect for our family. Private parking was great. Check in and out was easy at the patrol office.

We always enjoy our mini vacations in Oceanside. Even better when you have a nice clean unit close enough to the beach so you see and hear the surf. Of all 3 rentals we've stayed at in North Coast this was our favorite. Thank you so much, Brenda!

Our family of 4 had more than enough room. The views were great, the rooms clean and decorated nicely. We had a great stay!

The property and host were great. First time getting a VRBO in this area instead of a hotel. Lots of friendly people and the walk to the beach was super short.

The condo is centrally located with a great view of the ocean from the upper balcony outside the master. We had coffee out there every morning. Being right above the beautiful pool was great as I could sit on the deck and watch my family swim. The grilling area is right below the condo which always provided nice smells that make you hungry! It was really quiet there. The grounds are decorated beautifully! The beach is very close and the pool toys, boards, buckets etc were a big hit with the kids. There is the harbor within walking distance which has really fun shops, great restaurants and you can rent boats there. We did the whale watching tour and it was AMAZING! The pier is also within walking distance and there is a restaurant out at the end of the pier that is fun. There are lots of surfers to watch. We saw dolphins each morning. It is 55 minutes from Disney with a pretty easy commute in the HOV lane. We drove to La Jolla Cove and the kids went snorkeling with all the sea lions. Pretty neat although the water was a little cold there. The condo is decorated really nice with a nautical theme. Cute! There are five of us and we fit comfortably. Love the upper master bed and bath. I didn't think I would but having coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening while the kids were sleeping was amazing. We were not aware that most of San Diego does not have AC in the condos. Being from Arizona, we would of loved to take the humidity out of the condo but it was not bad with fans and the windows open. The countertops in the kitchen could used to be updated, the sliding doors and blinds could use some work and there were some areas in need of paint but overall we enjoyed our trip and we will be back.

This condo is beautiful and so close to the beach and pier! Our family had such a great time and the condo amenities were just as described!! The photos online were an exact representation of the condo. It is very clean and well maintained! We were just minutes from LEGOLAND and a short drive to Sea World! Although our family enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach and were so appreciative for the beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards available to use! Check out the Real Surf Shop just down the road to rent surf boards and wet suits to make your beach outing even more fun!! We look forward to returning to this condo on our next visit to CA!!!
