This property is in a great location close to Cavendish with its many theme parks and water parks, shopping, beaches, restaurants and multiple golf courses. The house was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The large pool was a great hit with young and old alike. The host was very friendly and we were able to contact her readily if we had any questions or needs. She had to check on the pool water daily so was nice to see her. Definitely stay there again if we come with a group! Thank you Alisha.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kings Landing Waterview cottage in Granville, the location was perfect for us. The pool was a big hit especially being heated and was large enough for our group. One of the best features was the screened in area by the pool, we spent a lot of time out there especially in the evenings. The inside was beautiful with lots of space in the sleeping areas as well as the kitchen and living areas.

Just finished a beautiful couple days at this property. It exceeded our expectations! The house is well equipped, immaculate and well maintained. The property is exceptional. The House is beautiful and clean. The host was super friendly and responsive. Very spacious backyard with a beautiful pool and deck would definitely recommend!

We travelled from Ontario to PEI for a family wedding and chose this home to spend our vacation. Our host Alisha was amazing throughout which included great communication and she was very responsive to answering questions:messages. We really appreciated her advance email with all the details of the property and check-in information - it was very detailed and had everything we needed to know. We were extremely impressed when we arrived at the location, curb appeal, functionality, and cleanliness of the home. The welcome binder contained all the information we needed and more. It truly is perfect for a large family or group of friends. 10 people comfortably stayed in the home for a week and we had plenty of space. The home is outfitted with everything you might need, including a fully outfitted kitchen, toys and games for the kids etc. The pool and outdoor space which includes a screened seating area is outfitted with everything needed. This home is very impressive! The owner Alisha came daily to test the pool and was very professional and quietly did her required maintenance and left as not to disturb her guests. However, she is wonderful to talk to a wealth of knowledge about the area (not to mention my kids loved chatting with her and watching her test the pool). Local park passes were made available for use during the stay which is a very nice gesture by the owners. We highly recommend this property and will be booking this home again the next time we visit PEI.

We had the most wonderful stay. It is centrally located, 10 mins to Cavendish and around 35 mins to Charlottetown. The cottage was clean and had every amenity we could have needed. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and kitchen stocked. The outdoor space was more than we could have asked for. Pool is a great size and clean, Alisha came daily to check the chemicals. BBQ was new and the outdoor room on the deck was a great place to sit and hide from the bugs. Neighbourhood was quiet, the neighbours we met were friendly. I would definitely recommend this cottage to any family. Alisha was a great host. Thank you for having us and sharing your home with us!
