Everything one needs and could have forgotten was provided at this rental! You can tell that the owner really thinks of everything a person would need to cook, clean, warmth and comfort! Highly recommend this place to stay when in Sandusky! Close to downtown bay and within walking distance to parks to take your four legged kids! I was using the wrong lock to enter and called Mimi and within minutes she called me back! Great responsiveness! Very clean and absolutely loved the artwork by Mr Brennan definitely added a great touch to the ambiance of the roomy place! My husband Dale could not get over how well stocked the place was! Really was like a home away from home with all the supplies provided! Thanks Mimi! We enjoyed our stay so much!

We found this unit to be as advertised with ample room for our group of 6 adults and 2 young children. It’s nicely furnished and in an old building with some quirks, but nothing serious. The listing states that you should expect to hear some noise from both the neighbors and neighborhood, and we certainly did experience that. All in all, a good place to stay.

Came down on Mon and left on Wed. Had 7 in our group and apartment was a good space for all of us. Thanks for your hospitality!

The property is conveniently placed to enjoy Cedar Point and the town of Sandusky. It was clean, well stocked, and accurate to description. Mimi was a great host and responsive to any questions. We would stay here again in the future!

The location is very good, and it has nice amenities. Our host was easy to reach, and considered traveler needs. There are cute little knick-knacks, that children are drawn to, so many items were moved to prevent breakage. There is living room seating for 4 people, and dining room for 6, a larger group might not find that convenient for conversation.

Love this place it was very clean an tidy the community was great the communication was awesome I would recommend this place to anyone. We will be going back sometime soon. ☺️ beautiful area close walk to the beach 🏝️ couldn’t ask for a better place.

The doors could really use some work. Very hard to close and loud to open. also might put a colander/strainer for meals in kitchen.

The property provided us with a very good stay. The place was clean and had great amenities. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful. If you are in town, this property is a great option!

We had a few technical difficulties so to speak, but she was amazingly sweet and kind, and even gave us some refunds and some wine. The location is so close to everything you want to do in Sandusky, and it was very quiet at night. You couldn’t even hear other people in the building. it has everything you need for your weekend. We will definitely visit again.
