Mooie luxe Pod vlak aan het water. Was wel klein voor twee personen, maar wel te doen. Service van personeel was prima, evenals het ontbijt.
Ligt langs een drukke weg en daardoor lastig om vanuit het hotelterrein de weg op te komen. Zeker als er wagens geparkeerd staan dicht bij de weg

Le restaurant propose de bons plats de qualité, et une terrasse très agréable.

No hot water in the morning for about two hours which delayed our departure from the hotel

From the start we were delighted with this hotel , warm welcome at reception, super rooms with good size shower, comfortable bed, heating you can adjust and excellent tea tray, view over the Loch in one room .
Varied menu to suit all tastes, good prices and good produce , nothing to much trouble, this was obvious from the full restaurant every night, staff very friendly and a really enjoyable stay. Thank you.
It was a central point for discovering oban, Fort William and the Caledonian canal .

The staff went put of their way to help our friends who arrived late because they broke down. The staff organised some food although they arrived after normal restaurant hours. The breakfast was the inky thing which didn't reach an excellent standard

We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good. Both the service and the ambience were excellent. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices. Restaurant and breakfast room are modern with nice views.
The hotel itself needs upgrading although the pods look new and modern. Our room was outdated and all surfaces had a tacky feel.

Alte Ausstattung, Quietschende Betten, sehr laute Straße direkt vor der Tür. Wir konnten leider kaum schlafen.

Lovely view and interior. High quality fittings. Exceptional pod with everything you could need.
Needed tea towel and heating was hard to control, our dog was roasting on the underfloor heating. Dog poo bin was overflowing.

The bathroom and the location of the hotel
The bedroom, the decor, everything is incredibly outdated. Stains on the bedsheet. The Netflix button on the remote wouldn’t work, the radiator appeared to be on a timer so we couldn’t adjust the temperature when we were cold at night. At night the shower was much colder than during the day.

What an amazing hotel. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. But the view of the Loch from our room as just superb! Rooms spacious and very comfortable and not disturbed by any other noises anywhere else in hotel although a coach party were also staying.
Dinner was quality, tasty food. Breakfast was a bit hectic but that was due the the coach party taking over not the hotels fault.
No complaints at all.

Great location with very friendly staff and good food. The 3 points is for the breakfast.
The room was well below the standard we had expected. Admittedly the rating had gone down since we booked several months ago but the room and cleanliness were very poor. Bedroom surfaces were so sticky items had to be peeled off them! Room full of damp with previous damage very poorly patched. Cheap, dated furniture and the bed creaked so badly it woke people up. The Bathroom was serviceable. Such a shame since this hotel is in a beautiful location and could be a real gem.

Very friendly staff and more modern accommodations than most European hotels we stayed in. Beautiful views of the lake and very good breakfast buffet. I also liked that it is one of the first Ft. William-area hotels you arrive at after driving a long and treacherous road.

The view from the restaurent was lovely. The dining room was comfortable with beautiful views out to the loch with a small beach to walk on. The bar was nice and the seating areas were comfortable. Staff were friendly and had lovely manners and always made conversation. My father and I had a great visit to Scotland- mainly due to such a pleasant stay. The twin room was kept clean and had all the facilities required. Good sized modern ensuite shower with all amenities.

I stayed in one of the lodges what a treat. Cozy with an amazing view. Staff were friendly and helpful and I had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant.
I will definitely return and hope to stay longer next time.

Very cute pod right on the lake. Friendly staff and good overall facilities.
The car parking for our pod was very difficult to ascend (small, steep, and gravel).
The bed was very very creaky, so it’s hard to comfortably sleep two people.

We had a balcony room with fantastic view over loch, Staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly, Food was excellent.
The accommodation pods down by the beach look lovely although we didn't stay in one.
The new owners have only been in the Hotel for 9 months. Our balcony and furniture was a bit in need of repair but I'm sure the outside of the hotel will be on their to do list soon. Internally fitted out to a very high standard.
Its a pity that the old reviews are still showing on Booking.com website as the rating does not do this hotel justice.;
