Property was beautiful as was the house

My daughter got married in the Conroe area and this house was the PERFECT place for the entire wedding party! The house accommodated everyone very comfortably and felt like a special vacation home. All the instructions for the house were clear and easy to follow. The hosts were wonderful to work with and always communicated in a timely manner. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group!

16 golf buddies stayed in this VRBO and it was outstanding! Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and exactly or better than the photos in the listing. We rate this place Outstanding! The host was great with communication and ease of checking in and checking out was awesome!!!! We plan and hope to stay there again….You can’t go wrong with staying here!!!!!!

I booked this place for a Ladies Retreat for 15 women of varying ages. It was the most perfect spot for this event. Everyone was able to spread out, the accommodations were perfect and the beds were super comfy. The property was beautiful. Everything you need for cooking was there. Thank you for having the extra fridge for the food overflow. I can't wait to stay here again.

We were thrilled with this property. Communication was great with the owner. The whole bridal party stayed with us. This property is so spacious. Great set up for hair and makeup for the wedding.

We held a ladies retreat at this home and enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of space to spread out and nice property to walk. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was pretty well stocked. There is not an ice machine and I may have missed that in the listing, but there is a store very close by to grab ice and keep in the freezer. Overall, it was a great property and we would happily stay again.

We had our wedding at the Iron Manor and had our wedding party and family stay at the house. It was such a open and big lot to host our wedding rehearsal dinner there. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had. I recommend to all future wedding parties to book this house.

This is THE MOST AMAZING PROPERTY! Hosting my AMAZING Bride-daughter and her MOST CHERISHED bridal party at your home was the perfect choice. Plenty of gorgeous space for everyone to feel comfortable. The home had every amenity you could want, space galore and she felt the home's hair/makeup studio was an exceptionally nice surprise. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOME ENOUGH! We'll be back for a relaxing weekend near the lake!

Lovely home on beautiful lot with spacious rooms and well stocked kitchen and linens for hosting a large family. Easy access and friendly property manager available to help with any extra needs.

Had a small reunion with family and friends and this property was perfect. We had a total of 14 people spend the night and everyone slept comfortably! We also had people come to hangout during the day and the home had so much room for us to do all our activities and play games. Would recommend for large groups!

We stayed here for my daughters wedding weekend and it was absolutely amazing!! Gorgeous property and beautiful home!! Plenty of space to sleep many! Perfect!!

We had a 2 day reunion whereby about 20 family members stayed one or both nights. About 20 additional family members came only during the day, one day, for our family meal and pictures. Overall, both the owners and the property were excellent and met our needs. The only drawback was bathroom facilities when it came time for showers, etc, especially with several elderly family members. There are 4 full bsths and 1 half bath. One of the full baths serves the bunch, which is a very neat and cleverly retrofit of what was previously the attic space over the detailed, but immediately adjacent 3 car garage with a 3 car carport in front. The kids and teens loved the bunkhouse because it gave them a sense over independence, yet they were just a few steps away from the kitchen entry into the main house. Therefore, both the parents and kids felt safe as toddlers and teens alike constantly traveled back and forth between the mainhouse and bunkhouse. There are two full baths upstairs with one being huge, which worked okay. Several family members commented that instead of the excessive amount of wasted space in the triple sized bathroom, the owners might want to consider dividing it into at least 2 full baths at what would appear to be minimal cost. The ground floor of the main house has both the final full bath and 1 half bath adjacent to the living room and dining room areas. The half bath could be made a full so the elderly don't have to use the master. Overall, it was great!

Absolutely stunning home and property! We had a fabulous time. Plenty of space for the bridal party to get ready. Kelli was very accommodating and welcoming! She left us a special wedding gift which was so sweet and thoughtful. Best experience I’ve ever had on Vrbo!! We will definitely be returning!! The experience and the house was great! Just know that the bunk house is in another building. That created some issues for us because didn’t know that originally on the listing.

Our stay here was amazing! The space is absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. The outside is so peaceful! I wish we could've stayed longer! Kelli is an amazing host and super quick to answer all our questions. We had no issues at all during our stay. Every year my brothers, parents, and I get together for a weekend with our spouses and kids! We have grown to a group of 25 and this house perfectly accommodated everyone!! The kitchen was well stocked...the little girls loved the "salon" room and the bunk room was PERFECT! The beds were all super comfy and there was so much space to relax in. We loved having a kids vs adults game of capture the flag in the huge back yard. We loved our stay...if they put in a pool it would be simply EPIC! haha

The property is better than listed. Tons of space and beds. Outside space was awesome. That bunkhouse is unique and great. We will be back. Kelli was an awesome host.

From the time I reserved this to all the excellent communication in the months before our arrival the owner is 100+% the best and the property and home more than exceeded our already high expectations. There are not enough stars or words to express our time this weekend with our friends and some family in for a wedding at Olde Dobbins Station. Best VRBO experience ever and we have been to many. First class in every way and our guests and visitors were also impressed beyond words. Thank you so much ❤️❤️

I rented this home for family to stay in that were coming into town for my daughter's wedding. Communication, from start to finish, was amazing.....excellent host! The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely spacious, the home is well stocked with anything you need, close to town and being a person that loves nature.....my favorite part was waking up to deer on the property! This rental and host is highly recommended!!!

This house was just what we needed for our big family to stay to attend my son's wedding. The large house was perfect for us. Everybody had their own space and enough bathrooms! The area in the master bath was great for the girls to get ready. The kids stayed in the room over the garage. It had bunk beds, great couch, and large tv for gaming. They really enjoyed it. We spent a lot of time on the outside patio. It was nice to sit outside in the morning and drink coffee. We even saw deer in the backyard. The location was close to the wedding venue and rehearsal dinner at Lake Conroe. Kelli was a great host. I felt like I kept asking her too many questions, but she always responded nicely. Would definitely recommend booking this great house!

We recently stayed at this property as we were in town for a wedding. We had a large group and this house was perfect for us. The property was clean and the pictures online don’t do it justice. Kelli has gone above and beyond to make her place just right. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and had nice clean white linens on them. Plenty of white towels and even make up towels were provided. I honestly have never stayed at a rental unit that was this well stocked. We loved seeing the horse and cows in the nearby pasture. I am so happy we rented this home. It was 100% perfect for us. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Over the top! Great place and plenty of room. We had 21 people and everyone had enough space. We had 7 trucks with boats attached and were able to park with ease. The property owners were on top of communication from the date we booked and throughout our weekend there. The outdoor space was also great, plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Thank you so much for a amazing weekend! We will rent this place again when our team is back at Lake Conroe.
