Great location on Padre island and is close to public beach access. We only used one bedroom and chose this home for the outdoor space/pool and water view. It has an attentive property manager/owner, and it was a clean and comfortable house to stay in for a long weekend. We would go back and recommend booking a vacation there.

Beautiful home, gorgeous pool, great location! The owners were very kind, communicated well and had everything we needed stocked in the home! We enjoyed our stay and will rent this home again!

Enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Great for the whole family to enjoy. Having a private pool, jacuzzi, and a spot to fish satisfied the whole family- kids, in-laws, hubby, and I. What really topped it off was how fast Shanan responded, when we had a question. Definitely plan to come back! 10/10 stay!!👍

This was an amazing vacation. The house was beautiful as was the pool. It is close to the beach and restaurant. Kids had fun as well as the adults. Great communication from the owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a great experience for our group of five, as well as our two dogs. The home was clean and beautifully decorated, especially in the master bedroom and bath. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool so much! Our son loved his time being able to fish off of the canal as well. We also enjoyed how close it was to the beach. My husband said several times to me that he’d definitely love to rent again in the future. The only downsides we can think of are unrelated to the home but maybe some helpful things for other renters to know. Multiple food items we bought at the local grocery store (Island Market?) were spoiled/moldy, but the next day we drove a bit farther to the trusty HEB and all was well. The sticker burrs in grass of the adjacent lot and across the street were hard on our dogs’ feet and pretty unavoidable for going potty but that is not a criticism of the homeowners, of course, just something to know for people bringing dogs. We drove to a local park a couple of times to let them walk around a bit more freely. Thanks for making our stay so nice and relaxing! 🙂

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well stocked and beautifully decorated. We were a party of 8, 3 in their 60s, 3 in their 30s and a 4 year old and 1 year old. Great for all ages. Only critique is the doors to the pool don’t offer any child safety locks for the kids. Mainly the 4 year old. It was easily fixed by me seeing what kind of knob the doors had from the pictures and ordering a cheap Amazon child safe door handle cover. so if traveling with small littles maybe think about ordering one. The kitchen was well stocked. Huge fridge. Nice updated appliances. Furniture is all in great condition. Will stay here again.

Very comfortable and user friendly with lots of modern appliances and fixtures. The massage chair was clutch after a long drive!

The beachhouse was wonderful and our family had an amazing time here! The private pool on the canal was perfect for relaxing and having fun after a long day at the beach. The beach, shopping, and restaurants are all a very quick drive and close by. The house itself was very nice and very well stocked with all of the essentials. Will definitely be looking at this property for future trips!!

The house was just as it was represented! Lovely home with easy access to restaurants, grocery, and most important the beach!! The pool and hot tub were such a bonus and being on the canal was also great!! We’d definitely stay there again !!

This property was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend sitting poolside watching the kids swim and fish!

This was a great stay. The house was clean and comfy. Super close to Padre Balli beach! We stayed on the back patio, pool and hot tub whenever we weren't at the beach or fishing. My kids loved having Netflix to watch when they were winding down. No major issues came up while we were there but the communication with Shanan was great! Will stay again if we ever make it back to Padre Island.
