Property manager was extremely responsive and made the stay great. Very attentive and helpful.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Master bed was great and all the other guests said thier beds were just as good. AC was cold. Well kept interior and exterior with great funishings.

Lovely cabin, plenty of space to move around, close to the lake beach, and yes there is a sand beach on lake texoma, huh. Host was really helpful and even their dog red spent time with us. Would highly recommend, will definitely be back

Had a great weekend with the family! The house is beautiful and very clean!! Which i am sure is a challenge after every visit because of the sandy beach! Great house,fire pit,cornhole boards,beach is very close,horseshoe pit! We felt very at home here! Would stay again!

The cabin was exactly what we needed. Great number of beds, super clean and a short walk to the lake. We used it as a jumping off place for a fishing charter. We absolutely loved the space and outdoor area.

We came down for a fishing tournament and was greatly pleased with this cabin! The cabin was clean, quiet and overall a great place to stay. The showers in this cabin were one of our favorite features. The hosts were wonderful to work with and we will definitely be back

Frank and Susan were great! The cabin was just as advertised. Very clean, great layout and the beds were perfect. Unbelievable place to stay. It was the best we have ever had.

Everything was as it was listed. We were without AC for a night, but Susan immediately took action and had it repaired and back on for the remainder of our stay. Location is great if you are looking for a beach day!

Six of us stayed here for two nights to celebrate Father’s Day weekend. Our teen daughter had the loft all to herself but a few more people could have been up here too. The beds were all comfy and the master shower is really nice. We used the grill and played horseshoes and sat out at the various outdoor spaces. The lake is a 10 min walk away to a big nice sandy beach. We played in the lake all day! Definitely recommend. FYI there is no dishwasher so bring paper plates, etc if you don’t like to wash dishes!
Susan checked in with us when we arrived and replied promptly to a couple of questions. A nice getaway to the country!

Very nice property. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The perfect size. The amenities were great. Close to the casino. Lovely lake beach access. Frank and Susan y'all have a beautiful property. Thank you for the stay.

We loved staying in Frank and Sue’s amazing rental! Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very peaceful. We all enjoyed our time at the beach swimming and relaxing! We will definitely be back in the future!

Everything was superb from beginning to end. Cleanliness and comfort are very important anytime we stay away from home. The place was very clean and the beds were firm but comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to make this a good experience. My family and I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this was one of the best overall. The area is quiet and relaxing. Don't pass up the chance to stay here. You'll be glad you did.

Everything was brand new and Rooms were clean.Actually Susan is a supportive person. She is living in front of the lake cabin and ready to help!
