Fantastic accommodation with all amenities and a lovely swimming pool, close to shops, bars and beaches. Liliana is a perfect hostess who is mindful of your needs without imposing on your privacy and helped us with restaurant and golf bookings as well as advice on best beaches etc. 5 star experience highly recommended.

We had a very nice stay in this wonderfull house. The swimmingpool is great. The owner Liliana was very helpfull with giving us information about the area while she respected our privacy We will definately recommend this house!

My girlfriend and I stayed here at the end of September with our 2 sons (3.5 years old and 7 months old) also with her parents. So 4 adults and 2 children. Given the age of the children is was not our intention to venture too far during our stay so it was great that we had a lovely pool on site and the beach was only a 5 minute drive away. The property itself was spacious and had enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. The only drawback was the road leading to the property, which is an unmade road and that made taking the buggy out very difficult. Liliana was on hand to answer any queries we had while still leaving us to our privacy. Given the price against similar properties in the area, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing spot with a private pool and easy access to Cagliari and nearby beaches.

So good to be able to return to this lovely property! Great situation in easy reach of the stunning, carribeanesque beaches of the Costa Rei some 40 mins drive away and lots of other beautiful beaches within 30 mins reach. Roomy ground floor accommodation (owners completely separate but very helpful and discrete). Gorgeous grounds, lovely clean pool and panaromic view of the bay of Cagliari. Supermarket and good restaurant 'Bellavista' at end of road - 5 mins drive. More restaurants within 10 mins drive including Mammai and Fontanelle. We'll be back!

Lovely spacious villa with big gardens, nice pool and a gorgeous view over Cagliari bay. Tucked away in the suburbs in the hills away from the City, the villa is in a great location, just 30 minutes drive from the airport close to beautiful beaches on the Costa Rei and Southern coast and several good restaurants closeby too. The villa itself seemed bigger than we’d expected, comfortable and clean and with working aircon too. Nice big terrace overlooking the gardens to enjoy your breakfast. Another bonus was the neighbour’s cat Artù whom we befriended during our stay! Highly recommend!

We had a very warm welcome from Bruno, the neighbour who looked after the property and pool while we were there. He was very helpful and friendly. The property is the ground floor of the picture. The interior is slightly outdated but all amenities are there. If anything it’s the bathrooms that are a little tired. However, it was spotlessly clean inside and out. The outside space was wonderful and the pool was a necessity and well maintained. Local shops, restaurants and supermarkets were a five minute drive away, so you didn’t need to go far if you didn’t want to. Overall, we had a very relaxing week and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you.

We had some misgivings to begin with when we booked this property as it was unclear exactly what the accommodation was and the owner was not overly keen to talk on the phone. However as soon as we arrived at the end of the dusty track and saw through the gates the beautiful garden and pool and a man who we now know as the manager of the property called Bruno waving from the door this all faded away. Bruno gave us the keys and showed us around, it is the whole ground floor of the property with living room three large bedrooms two bathrooms and kitchen. It was very clean and on the covered patio area there are some wicker chairs and a dining table for meals and two clothes dryers. This is the perfect place to eat and sit in the evenings. Bruno was an enormous help throughout the two weeks as the owner who has an appartment upstairs was not there and cleaned the pool regularly mostly when we were asleep! The only reason I have given 4 stars is that maybe a few more items could be added to the property for example a mirror in the main bedroom and another settee in the lounge to accommodate 6 people, perhaps some leaflets in English and games for children. Overall we had a great time relaxing and sunbathing around the pool while discovering Sardinia and would recommend this place. Just one note if you have young children one end of the pool drops suddenly to a depth of approx 8 foot.
