- Did not receive email with access codes or wifi. Literally locked outside upon arrival with no support whatsoever from property. By pure luck, a Vacasa employee chanced to be around and opened up the chalet. - No heat to dry clothes, which is unacceptable for a mountain chalet - The shower is good if you are below 5,5ft tall - Shower had used soap and shampoo left behind. Which is absurd once they charged me $150 dollars of cleaning fees when reserving the spot - I cannot empalhasize enough the annoyance and horrible customer service linked to the property administration. The evils of leaving others to manage your property. - I accidentally left some clothes behind and went back to try to get them some hours after checkout. No one was there to assist me. Customer service was basically an extortion. They charge you $25 to LOOK whether your stuff was found. More $25 to carry it to the mail. Plus any shipping fees. And I was there, at the property, just a couple of hours later after checkout ready to get them. I had to go back to SF, as no one was assisting me, and now Im bound to pay these extortionary costs in order to get my property back. - I CANNOT HIGHLIGHT ENOUGH THE FACT THAT MY POSSESSIONS ARE BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY THIS PROPERTY, CHARGING EXTORTIONARY PRICES FOR ME TO GET THEM BACK - I have contacted the property several times through the chat without any response whatsoever. - Abusive pricing strategies. Again, highlighting the fact that I was charged $150 in CLEANING FEES whilst booking to be met with a sub average property without impeccable cleaning AND they still want to charge EXTORTIONARY FEES in order for me to get MY POSSESSIONS back
