An extremely pleasant and unexpected surprise, a wonderful evening! The patrons and staff were top notch in every way! We will come back anytime with great pleasure!

What could we not like?

The indoor pool is fabulous, as it is supplied with water from a thermal spring, so it is allways wharm. There is no smell of chlorine. The room was huge, generally clean.

The connection to the sewage of the toilet was leaking on the floor. I told the staff, they promised they would send someone to fix it but they did not. We were left not beeing able to use the toilet, so we used the ones at the pool. They did not even offer to change the room. The staff does not speak any english. The staff did not present themselves, so I will refer to them by their looks. The large bearded man was generally friendly but not proactive in problem solving (see broken toillet) The brunete tattued woman had a sour attitude, never said hi to us, or any smille / friendly gesture. The only one that smilled was the blonde woman that took the key in the end. The hotel was close to being empty and I can ser why, but it is really a pitty. It could easily be a great place to stay, due to the thermal spring. If the bearded man and the tattued brunette are the owners, I suggest to them to change to a friendlier attitude or to hire someone that has stutied working in hotels.

The hotel is located between the cities of Stara Zagora and Kazanlak, famous for their museums and ancient tombs.. The hotel has its own mineral pool with hot healing water and SPA. The place is quiet and the hotel is very clean. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Spa facilities were clean and nice. Hotel is new.

Breakfast, which was included on price was terrible, and without coffee. They offered us coffee if we pay extra fee or take coffee from vending machine. They didn’t allow payment with card, only cash. Rooms didn’t have TV and the fridge was very weak.
