Una posizione fantastica a cinque minuti dai templi di Angkor wat e 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro città e il night market. Staff molto gentile e disponibile per le nostre necessità. Anche il tour da loro organizzato è andato molto bene. Massaggi alla Spa da provare!!!

Hands-down best service we’ve seen in Asia! The staff and overall team was outstanding, accommodating, always with a smile and going the extra mile. The facilities were amazing, especially pool and bar. Food was excellent and breakfast was amazing. Amazing value for money!

When we arrived at 11;30 in the morning on the day of our check in with my friend. we were obviously very very early to check but the girl behind the reception desk said no problem except that our room wasn't ready so she upgraded us to a room on the top floor for no extra cost. Wow !!! Fantastic customer service.. The swimming pool is amazing and the breakfast is as varied as you could possibly get. Would definitely go back.

We spent the night in double with 1 bed, it was great place staff amazing pool fab. still enjoy a lot.

Incredible experience. Stayed at Sala Siem Reap Hotel for our short trip and spent two wonderful days there. The hospitality was outstanding, making our stay in Siem Reap truly memorable. We are thrilled with our choice and would definitely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap. Highly recommended to friends and family.

This is a well appointed hotel in a location central shopping and dining out. The hotel is attractively decorated and super clean. Will stay there again for sure!

The staff were awesome, so friendly and attentive to every need.

Everything was fine. The pool was warm, but it was scorchingly hot, so no surprise.

Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Accommodating staff who allowed us to check in about 6am (for small fee) and greeted us each day after we returned from exploring with a cold towel and drink. Tasty breakfast. Handy location across the road from Angkor National Museum and a short tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and the night market. Excellent aircon in the room.

We stayed here during extreme heat (about 38-39C each day with humidity) so the pool wasn’t particularly refreshing during the heat of the day as it heated in the sun. The gym was also unusable in this weather because it was not air conditioned.

We stayed here for one night and although it was a short stay, it was memorable. The value of our stay was wonderful. the very clean environment to the steady and kind service of every single person there.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, large, nicely air-conditioned, and clean. The pool is terrific and wonderful for refreshing and relaxing after exploring the temples.

Not sure how anyone can rate this hotel anything less than excellent! My friend and I stayed here 2 nights at the end of our 2 weeks travelling around siem reap and we certainly saved the best till last. We stayed in a deluxe room the first night which was lovely with great views and fantastic breakfast. We cannot rate the staff and service highly enough, every single member of staff we met went out of their way to help us and we're always smily and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with amazing service. We booked the hotel it did not disappoint. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone heading to siem reap. It is centrally located, amazing customer service, an incredible pool and amazing food and drinks!
