Had the most amazing weeks holiday from the 17th to the 24th of November. The villa was absolutely spotlessly clean, it had almost every kitchen utensil you might need. Surrounding area is lovely and quiet and peaceful with the occasional lovely rumble of a 737 overhead landing at Paphos Airport. The swimming pool is one of the cleanest we've ever used. Walking to the beach to watch the sunset was fantastic. Air conditioning worked perfectly. As someone who needs good WiFi for work, this worked brilliantly especially uploading video files and browsing. Room to park 2x cars on the drive easily without issues. Lidl is 9 mins away, centre of Paphos 8 min away and airport is only 14 minutes away. The sunbeds and everything are just perfect. The owner very kindly came to help when we had a small issue with hot water, problem resolved. 6 of us loved the place and will be back 100%. This place is a definite must stay!

d with Mark an early arrival, he said it wouldn't be a problem, he was on vacation but his friend would receive us, he didn't leave any phone number beyond that and no instructions for entering the villa. I asked if he knew a driver who could pick up from the airport , he said yes and that it costs around €70 more or less. We arrived at the airport, a driver was waiting for us who took us to the villa, but said he closed with Mark 100€. I wrote Mark a message but he was not available, we arrived at the villa, paid the driver and got off. We arrived at the villa at 1 pm it was locked, without being able to talk to anyone, the pool is dirty, with cloudy water. I tried to get in touch through the messages on Booking and WhatsApp, but no There was an answer. After an hour (we sat outside in the sun and heat without drinking), the pool technician arrived and said that they had invited him to fix the pool pump, but the technician didn't answer either, after a few minutes he managed to reach Mark's friend who came and asked if Mark didn't give us an access code, I answered in the negative The pool technician said he was repairing the pool and that it would be fine in a few hours, only the next day in the evening the pool started to work, needless to say that the children's disappointment was great, the purpose of the vacation was to rest and enjoy the pool, and this caused us to change our plans. All the couches in the garden were full of animal hair. The door handle in the bathroom was broken, the beds are uncomfortable, and some are even falling apart. There were cockroaches and no spray to kill them. And this morning we were visited by a mouse inside the villa. While using the grill, the gas ran out and there was no spare tank. The gardener of the neighbors made noise and trimmed the trees at 7:30 am on Saturday. There were no cleaning products / rags and there was a bad smell in the house.

The pool is by far the best part of the Vila, beautiful and super clean! The location is very good, a short walking/bus ride distance from the main attractions. The owner of the place, Mark, is very responsive and gave us some great tips. There are a few power adepters for us to use, which was very useful for us. Also, the kitchen is very big and well equipped which made it very easy to make our own meals.

The beds were very uncomfortable for most of us, to the point we couldn't sleep well... Also, the windows don't have nets so we had to keep them closed during the evening/night if we didn't want to get eaten by mosquitoes (there were some of those devices that are supposed to keep the mosquitoes away but they didn't really work).

I love the house. It is big with a lot of space and 4 bathrooms that are very convenient. There is pool very nice and clean and the garden is very nice. We had a very good time there. The location is very close to the sea.

In the kitchen a few facilities are missing: microwave, staff for cooking (big pot for example) as we were 8 of us; glasses made of glass.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in utopia villa and I must say it was an amazing experience. The villa was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing ample space for myself and my companions to relax. One of the things that really stood out during our stay was the good customer support we received from the owners. They were helpful and responsive to our inquiries and needs, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the villa was clean and well-maintained. It was clear that the owners take care in keeping the property in top condition, which added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

We stayed 3 nights in this villa. 7 adult guests, family members and their friends. The hospitality was above and beyond what was expected. The host was available for us and did a lot to make the stay pleasant for us. The location of the villa and the design of the villa is excellent, new and extremely clean, each room has a shower and a pleasantly designed toilet. The pool is beautiful and modern. We really enjoyed all the facilities that were available to us and the warm feeling that the hosts showered on us and we will certainly return to stay at this villa on our next visit.
