rooms not as nice as pictures and felt cheated . it was not clean n the Wi-Fi dint work all the time . the room had nothing u expect from a delux suite no slippers, robes ,

We reseved the rooms with balcony , but they were on the ground floor so we asked if we could have rooms in the upper floor , they didn't have rooms , but generously they upgraded our 3 rooms to suits in the 7th and fifth floor , i think Lourite is the manager name whom she called us to tell us the good news . Also they gave us one room late checkout .

The inside spa was criwded since the outside pool was cold to swim in.

The hotel is old and the maintenance is not going. The price was too expensive from the value.

Location of hotel was good. Pool was comfortable space to sit at and relax. Provided nice family activities.

When music was playing it was very loud. Breakfast buffet areas became dirty and were not being cleaned, dishes/mugs were not replaced for a long time while people waited to serve themselves. Also, the staff would clear your plates that you were still eating from or stand behind you waiting for you to finish your last bites so they could clear your plates. The room was decently clean but it was obvious where the staff skipped corners.

Clean room. Spacious sunbathing area. Indoor Dead Sea pool and jacuzzis. Great evening entertainment.
