We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed as a family of 4 and two dogs. We loved how close we were to the pool and the beach was just right across the street! We especially liked the back deck area. It made spraying off from the beach so easy. There was plenty of green space for the dogs. My onlySuggestion would be for the second bedroom to have blinds or black out curtains.. the curtains in that room are sheer so it made for early rising kids. Other than that, we loved it! We will definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect vacation rental. The townhouse was clean and comfortable with a close proximity to the beach. The location was ideal within close walking distance to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing vacation.

We had a family of 6 plus two fur babies. This place has an outdoor shower which is great after coming off the beach! The only downside is that the pool closes at 6pm which means no swimming ability once it's too dark to go in the ocean. We had quick, attentive maintenance service that came to take care of our issues on the day-of. We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay at 25 Chateau Rd. Perfect home away from home. The walk to the beach was manageable - and the nearby public beach was not very crowded and wonderful. The pool and shuffleboard court near the home was a great alternative to the beach. The home was great for our group of 5 - clean, spacious and comfortable. We visited PCB for a softball tournament - and this home was near both ballparks. Also, a quick drive to Pier Park. We had a great stay and would definitely opt to stay there again.

Blue Swell aggressively evicted my Disabled Airforce Veteran husband, myself and our 2 small children over a technicality buried in their 6 page contract. We were 100%compliant, but they gave us 45 minutes to leave before calling the police, which had my children crying in fear. We lost $2500 and this brutality ruined our 1 summer trip. Please find another company that won’t entrap you with a lengthy contract

My family spent a week in this townhome. It is exactly as it described or even better. It is located next to the pool and the beach is right across the road. It has everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped to cook, bake your favorite meals. Only downside is that we needed to wash the dishes,glassware before use,since some were dirty. The home itself was clean and comfy. Costumer service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
