The property is exactly as stated. We had 14 adults and an infant. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great. The house has a lot of games to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is well stocked. Randy was great to communicate with. We enjoyed having the large seating area in the kitchen at meal time. There were several nice touches like, body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the showers, extra pillows, a convenience store in the garage, etc. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend this property

Instead of hotels our big family stayed together and enjoyed the pool, large kitchen area for gathering. We filled it with fun and laughter. We loved the “store” too! So much to do and space for our introverts too.

We could not be happier with staying in this beautiful house. So clean and so well stocked. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the hot tubs! The green lawn was used constantly and we loved the out door grills. The host was so great. So much room in the house for our family reunion. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Our family reunion at the Linder Farmhouse could not have been better. The property accommodated everyone perfectly--from 0 to 90 years old. Our host, Randy, obviously cares about the guest experience and he has outdone himself to make this place 100% perfect.
From prompt and friendly correspondence with our host to yard games, a beautiful pool, large cooking vessels, and plenty of bathrooms and sleeping areas, we lacked for nothing. It says a lot about a place (and a family, of course) when every attendee has a fabulous time. We've already booked for next year!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, spacious, lots of extras, the host thought of everything. It is beautifuly decorated! The beds are comfortable. The pool and the 9 square in the backyard were so fun. The foosball table upstairs is one of the best I played on. They really thought of everything you need from the pool floats, BBQ grill, smoker, pizza over, fire pit, extra twin mattresses and complementary food items. Come prepared for an amazing experience!

This is a great place to stay for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and tools needed for cooking for a large group. Also plenty of table seating for having meals together.
We also had plenty of room for games that included the whole group or several smaller ones. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong, foosball and 9 square proved lots of entertainment opportunities. I highly recommend this home! Linda Burton

This property has everything you need for a large group to stay. SOOO MUCH ROOM and so much to do with the pool, hot tubs and games. Kitchen has all you need to prep meals. We had a pizza cook off one night and used the outdoor pizza oven. The corner convenience store is a great idea and took the stress out of worrying about running out of anything. Only problem we had was the Popcorn was so good we now want to buy a machine for home😉. 10 out of 10. If this owner had properties in other cities I would rent from him without any hesitation.

This is our second time renting this home. We love this house. Plenty of space for family to gather. The home is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. And they have lots of comfortable mattresses for people to sleep on the floor. The provide sheets and blankets for the extra mattresses. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. There’s nothing they haven’t thought of.
Randy is quick to respond to any questions. And always willing to help.

This property worked perfectly for our five families who traveled in from all over the country to meet up for our family reunion. The layout was just right with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. The kitchen size was so nice and everyone had a place to sit in the kitchen. The children loved having space to play, use the hot tub and playing board games. We even had a ping pong tournament that was fun for all ages. This is a great place to stay feels like home in country and is very convenient to any city needs.

We booked this property for our daughter’s BSU graduation. The home was spacious and immaculate. We loved the huge kitchen and seating rooms. It’s the perfect home for any gathering. Private, yet within 15-20 minutes to everything. Communication from the owner was quick whenever we had a question. Thanks so much for a memorable stay. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time as we gathered our large family in this beautiful home. The pictures are accurate. There was plenty of rooms for our family to spread out as well as space for us to gather together in one area. The home is clean and the beds are very comfortable. And there are extra mattresses for sleeping on the floor which are very comfortable as well.
There is a ping pong table in the garage as well as extra tables and chairs for large groups. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

Great property for multiple families to stay in one location. More than enough parking. Knowing that the property is a couple miles away from shopping / restaurants we planned ahead and had no need to leave and we were able to cook all of our meals at the house. Most of the time was spent socializing in the large kitchen. Would definitely stay at the property again.

Our best VRBO experience!! This property is everything you could dream it could be. We used it to host a wedding it and it was absolutely beautiful. Space for the the whole family and then some! Access to the pool and close proximity to all the amenities in case you need any last minute items for your stay. The host is extremely understanding and very responsive and helpful with just a quick call or text away. This home is breathtaking and made our event so memorable. Thank you for being so gracious and such a wonderful host! 10/10 will use again for family functions.

This is an amazing house! They went above and beyond with meeting our needs, and there wasn't anything that we would have changed. Gorgeous grounds, spacious house and thoughtful amenities made my family's stay perfect! We had 30 people staying at the house yet everyone had enough room to have their own space. Pack 11 Adults in a house for three days and expect them to stay sane?? Well, we held a corporate retreat at this property and were more than pleased. The house and it's listed amenities were exactly as described. Perhaps most importantly, the house was clean, organized, with plenty of space for all. Large groups can easily eat together, meet together (upstairs) and enjoy themselves. There are plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. The communication with the Property Manager was excellent and they went above and beyond in assisting us! We will happily stay here again next year.

We rented this place so that our large, extended family could be together during our grandmother's memorial service weekend. The place is huge! Lots of places for sleeping, bathing, and being together. With bedrooms on three levels, people could easily get away from the high energy of the gathering. Property manager was awesome! Super responsive and helpful.

This place was fantastic. Spacious rooms. Great living spaces and kitchen areas. Ther amenities were great. The property manager was so responsive to our needs and even dropped off extra TP when our group of 17 used it all up. The house had plenty of space for privacy when we were doing things in smaller groups or when some people needed to sleep earlier than others. Sound carried between floors some, but it wasn’t any worse than a typical house. We were veery pleased. For group stays in the nampa or meridian area, this place rocks!
