Very spacious! Many activities for the kids to enjoy (pool and arcade). I liked that the pool was in a separate, safe building. Hot tub was easily accessible on the back porch. Easy checkout. We didn’t need to go anywhere - everyone was happy chilling at the house. But we ended up going into town one day. It was about 20 min away from activities. Smokey Mountain National Forest was about 30-45 minutes away. Beautiful drive and worth it!

We loved our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped which does not happen often. The grandkids and adults kids loved the arcade room. The only thing I would change is to have more comfortable seating in the living room. Thank you for allowing us to use your cabin.

We were originally not going to return to Gatlinburg this year after spending the last 20 Thanksgivings here because we found prices had gone up and service/cabin up kept had gone down. Thankfully we found a Bear Tracks cabin this year and decided to give them a try. We were so impressed with the cabin, it was well maintained, well stocked (the best stocked kitchen we had ever seen), very clean, no bugs, everything working AND the most comfortable mattresses of all the cabins we had stayed in before. I loved their app with all the info you need during your stay and when we did text them (for trash and one small repair) they were quick to respond and fix. Seriously the best cabin/mgmt/cleaning we’ve experienced in Gatlinburg in a long time. We’ll be back! :)

The cabin is very nice cabin. We had a great time and there was so many things for the kids to do that we barely left the cabin to do anything else. I would suggest that there was another set of bunk beds in the bunk rooms and more comfortable sitting in the living room and a fireplace on the upstairs balcony. Overall the cabin was amazing!

Nice large rooms, bunk beds are bigger in person than they look in the photos (both bunk rooms are upstairs). 4 king beds downstairs, 2 kings and 2 bunks upstairs. Our family stayed here for four nights and five days and we had a wonderful stay. The cabin was extremely clean and nice. There were eleven adults, three young adults, and four children. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated and the individual bathrooms were very much appreciated and convenient. The pool, hot tub, arcade games, outdoor seating, outdoor patio, and other amenities ensured that everyone from ages 6 to 75 had something to enjoy. The double appliances were a huge plus for a large group. The staff was very responsive and timely in addressing our concerns. We had a great time and plan to visit again next year. Our only suggestions are adding TVs to the upstairs outdoor patio space, a hot tub on level two, and a second set of bunks to the bunk bedrooms to sleep four people instead of two because it's hard to use the sofa sleeper when people are gathered in the living room late hours and maybe expand the living room seating. I think overall it was great and lives up to the ad... The floors turned our socks back the first day,, but oddly did appeared mopped given how easily you see footprints.We bought a mop ourselfs and after a few passes it was better.I have freinds local and the second they came over a storm blew the power out.I was honestly surprised there wasent an in house generator,I have one personally, Im not used to that inconveinace at home where the premium is considerably less. it took between 2 to 3 hours to return.When we called the hosts, they answered quickly and insured us that would be the case to their credit.

We rented this property for a large family gathering for a week . Perfect amount of space for 18 people and everyone had their own space . Having the game room and the indoor pool for the kids was a great plus . Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Location is away from the hustle and bustle of the tourism but close enough to get to all the entertainment within minutes .

The cabin is layed out very well for traveling families. Everything was spotless. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked for 18 at Breakfast and at dinner. 2 refrigerators were a definite plus as we used one for drinks and one for food. Everyone with the company was very nice and responded quickly to any questions or concerns both before and during our stay! We will definitely be looking at Bear Tracts for all our future stays. The pool house smelt like death, dead animal somewhere in building not to be found never got to use pool called multiple times, they sent someone out 15 hours before check out , who did nothing but make matters worse by emptying the hot tub so now we can’t use the hot tub because it was filled with ice cold water make you think did they even clean and check on cabin before our rental
